My gums are extremely sensitive and during cleanings if can be a tough job not to send me to the moon with a wrong move or sharp pain. Her personality is second to none and has an amazing sense of humor... which totally relaxes me and makes me feel comfortable. I live in North Carolina for the most part, but there is no doubt I will continue to travel to Arrowhead Dental for ALL of my dental needs. The check was not received in 60 days now but promised in 3 weeks. No one seems to know what is going on at your branch in Middletown regarding this. They say the check is in the mail but months pass and no refund was ever received. They don't return calls over there either. Can you speak to someone in your Middletown staff to facilitate this. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced from any dental company. Please resolve this asap, TY. The dentist I went to said no, he could not in good conscience and said it would also have to be pulled. Found an excellent periodontist , Dr. Gulino, in Groton. He saw me the same day, knowing I was suffering and a week later he removed the stiches and said Im healing there nicely. What a difference in quality of care and compassion.
