The 2nd time they removed 3 trees, hauled the debris, as well as some additional debris I had accumulated. There were subsequent unprofessional emails, but lesson learned - don't give contractors the benefit of the doubt. I did get to speak with Robert, who performed the actual work. He was courteous and apologetic, asking if more needed to be done. But of course this needed to be authorized by the insidious boss from the office.
