We used Rios to construct our patio many years ago. They did a good job then and came back to sand…read moreand seal a few years later. We called them last year to repeat the sand and seal. They didn't arrive when they said they would and I had to make multiple calls to reschedule. It was very difficult to get them to call back. Even when they finally did they didn't arrive on the day they said they would and rescheduled but didn't show again. They finally did show and about an hour into the job I went outside to find one of their workers urinating on the side of our fence. They did not sand properly (we paid the total for the job) and we've tried to get them to come back out to complete the job. Frank came out and said he'd schedule the repair but he never did and now no one returns our calls. They also said they sealed it but we have moss growing in the surface of our pavers. Avoid this company. You will end up being disappointed.

It appears they are actively scraping public government or property records to cold-call local residents. We keep blocking the phone numbers they use, but they just call right back from different lines to continue the daily harassment. Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. The crew worked hard every day, showed up on time and were respectful of my property. In both cases they delivered with exceptional quality. The overall value received for what I paid was great. I got a few estimates on the yard cleanup, and Eagle landscaping came in at the mid point, but they acknowledged the level of work required upfront, while others under estimated the work. I think had I gone with cheapest bids, I would have been disappointed. Before agreeing on that project though, I had Eagle create the gate, it was very reasonably priced; it was the project I used to develop trust and assess their quality of work. With two projects done, I'll be having them back out in the fall to focus on another area.

I went with the less expensive option as I didn't need the entire fence rebuilt as it was still in good condition. His availability was within a week or so and I was happy with the scheduling. His pricing is competitive and he does quality work. I had a set of fence that was leaning towards a side after the storms and it did not have enough concrete in the posts. Since the posts were still in good condition, the concrete had to be re-poured in all of the posts, The work was done correctly and this fence should withstand some wind in the future. I will keep using Fernando again for all my fencing needs since he does good work, is responsive, and follows through.

Jas and his team did a great job from start to finish. I had him take apart and rebuild the last…read more~15 feet of my retaining wall. It was not well built originally and was sagging near a slope at the rear of my property and putting pressure on the fence posts (5 had already broken and had to be replaced after the wall was fixed). The great service started with the initial quote and inspection where Jas was the only one out of several bids to use a soil probe to test if/where the soil was hard enough. He was also the only one to recommend digging deep enough to get to the harder soil and adding 1-2 layers of concrete blocks to better reinforce the wall. As several have said, the crew was professional and efficient. They were able to finish the job in less than one day. And to top it all off, the price was very fair. I'd happily hire him again for any future work.
