I called Zach Hamilton on a Sunday and he was at my house within 2 hours to walk my property and give me an estimate! He was booked out over 2 weeks but managed to fit me in if I was ok with early morning that Tuesday. The crew showed up on time, excited to get started and immediately climbed the tree and allowed me to select what branches I wanted to remove from each tree. Their climber was unbelievably skilled, able to swing out and meticulously prune all the trees we were working on. They chipped everything, raked and cleaned up the entire property and backpack blew off all surfaces. We appreciated that they made sure our septic system was not impacted by heavy equipment. They were efficient and professional as they removed a few trees and did a nice job cleaning up the worksite. Per our request, they turned a Douglas fir into a snag for a wildlife habitat feature and chipped onsite so we now have wonderful mulch for our fruit trees and landscaping. I am a tree lover and highly value important wildlife habitat. I was reluctant to remove any trees for years but finally decided to take out a few since we live in a log home and had several trees very close to the house.
