What a huge mistake..uneven and cut my left side and didn't match the right side of my hair. My apologies, but she did an absolutely horrible job with my hair. Another older women was getting her hair done and she even asked why i was standing? the owner walked by and said because i have long hair ( it was middle of my back.) Day after the cut ic after i straighten it, its uneven. Yup i wont be back... so done and $30 for the cut... nope. Not worth the money. My stylist wasn't talkative and she would ask me questions for small chit chat but it would end when i answered the question. Blah. Older post: They do a great job at taking appointments and checking to see if your still coming. However the last 2 times i got my hair done i left with neck pain that lasted for weeks. They pull my hair too rough while in the sink. I dont think i will be back because they are too rough.

The results: I am either going to have to wear scarfs/hats or get a wig. She said she only cut a half and inch, but my hair has no style. I have never had such a bad haircut in my entire life. She should not be allowed to cut and style hair. How she ever got licensed is beyond my comprehension.

So so bad. so going into this appointment, a few weeks before my wedding, I was terrified. From the moment I met Ally, she completely put me at ease. I was very upfront that I'm on tretinoin and that I use a tanning bed, and Ally was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful about it. She adjusted her approach, chose threading instead of waxing, and it completely changed the game for me. I usually break out after waxing my brows, and this time I had zero irritation whatsoever. Honestly, this was such a bizarre service interaction. I should have left immediately, tbh. And the actual service was lack luster at best. I had to actually go home and talk to my husband to decode the whole thing to make sense of it. I won't be back. I wanted a nice way to pamper myself, but instead felt like all I did was pay for someone's poor behavior. And I smiled while it all happened, so I'm mad at myself for that part.
