Their new space off Orangethorpe is even nicer than their old space, with plenty of comfortable seating, separate waiting rooms, smart TVs, etc. And regarding the glass coating Alan's applied a few months ago, also worth the investment so far! These guys really know their stuff when it comes to detailing. They have a great facility too. The waiting room is top notch and is something I've never seen in a detail shop (or other automotive shop before). They truly went above and beyond on my car today too. I asked them to focus on the exterior (as it was really terrible) and to skip the interior if need be to save time. I was never a believer of taking care of my trucks, I figured they lose value as soon as you pull off the lot. After my wife and I both had our cars fully detailed at Alan's, I now see the light!!! There's so much more to it that keeping your car shiny. Santos (the owner) explains it so well too, how washing and waxing keeps up the paint so that your resale value stays up. Besides, that you'll truly appreciate the amount of work and detail they put into turning your lemon into a pimp ride again. The interior of my car had a few black grease stains and the seats and steering looked worn, but all that was refurbished and cleaned up to like-new conditions. Amazing job, you would have thought I just bought this thing. The exterior they used a clay bar that brings out the shine in the body of the car. Like I mentioned earlier, I didn't do a great job of keeping my car cleaned, but Alan's did the best job they could to turn that around. Immaculate is the word I'm looking for to describe it. The most noticeable part would be the bummer, grill and tires. They had all faded from sun damage over the years, but looked like they had come fresh off the assembly line. Not only was the product perfect, the service is amazing. They don't over promise, they stick to their word and they treat you with respect. I can see myself coming back here for years and years to come because I know I can trust them. I don't always get that feel, but with Alan's I do. Because I was a repeat customer, he promised over the phone a certain price, even when it was slightly higher on the website and he honored that price when I got there. They are all around just good people. Honest, fair, trustworthy, I couldn't have asked for more. This is a must for everyone, get your dirty lemon in for a car wash! Let's just say my car was filthy and my was in need of a deep clean. The owner, Santos was extremely helpful and suggested the best service available for the condition that my car was in. Honestly my car never looked so beautiful. He pretty much got all of the stains removed and even added on a service to remove odor and germs out of my car (at no charge, usually $99) because the cleaning of the carpet activated a nasty smell due to an old vomit that was in the carpet. I've never had my 2007 Chrysler 300 detailed since I bought it. Got an email from Alan's Superior Detail stating all the services they offered and the pricing. Gave them a call and the next morning they picked up my car. I wish I could give them 10 stars for the fabulous job they did. I got the works - engine cleaned, interior, exterior, leather seats treated, carpeting cleaned, windows treated, rims done with another treatment to protect it from brake dust. My car didn't look this good when I drove it off the showroom floor! I was reluctant at first to call them being a new business but the owner Santos has years of experience and he himself came to pick up the car and deliver it. They have so many positive reviews and 5 stars, I found them after my little brother had vomited in my backseat, the vomit covered the middle and side seat and it made the seat look dark and wet, my seats are light grey. The rest of my seats were super dirty as well they were stained by like a what I guessed and was confirmed by santos that someone tried detailing it before and did it improperly ( it was a rental car before) therefore there were stains all over the seats. I came with my mom and he looked at my car and I told him about it and it had scratches too. I came a bit late but he as totally nice and okay because I got lost about 3 times lol. I was at this place about two months ago, so I hope nothing much has changed, but please read knowing that two months can change some of the services they provide. Last year, I travelled for a year so I left my VW Jetta unused and in the sun. Although my friend drove around once every two months to stop battery dying, he did not really take care of anything else. So when I got back there was some noticeable deoxidization and felt very rough, so after doing some research on Yelp to find the best detailing service possible, I went into Alan's Superior Details and my gosh, it was superior. Not only they got rid of all the oxidization (apparently, they don't use clay, something more advanced and I believe them), but also felt super smooth I wanted to touch it all day long lol Also they got rid of all the scratches and dinks that I got a week before from a minor accident. I believe when the product a company is offering is not a tangible product, but intangible service, the people who are running the business are very important and this place is run by a family and they really care for the best experience possible as the owner kept going back to make sure the car was in the best shape possible. This is the best , when I mean the best I stand by my word. I ordered a 2019 outback fully loaded that was delivered to me yesterday. When it arrived the driver said he hit paint on the road , whatever that means. Anyways there was white paint all over my car on the drivers side , wet now dry but curing by the minute.
