I was referred to Dr. Bokhari's office for a cardiac clearance for an upcoming surgery. I saw the PA, Kelly. I have had a very long road getting this surgery. One doctor after another. I have not had very many pleasant experiences. My visit today was unlike any previous visits with other doctors. Kelly was amazing! She was one of the nicest doctors I've seen in months. Very kind, very caring. It was such a nice change of pace from what I've been experiencing. The office staff was kind and actually knowledgeable, which was also a nice change. I would recommend this office 100 times over to anyone looking for a new cardiologist. The office was clean and actually nice. I was called back quickly. I was treated with respect and courtesy and care. And being a woman whose voice has not been heard, it was nice going to see a female who actually took the time to listen to me. 10/10 recommend! read more

Amazing doctor. Dr. Bukhari took amazing care and realize the nature of the blockage and took care of it right a way. His office staff is amazing they immediately called and took details. To my surprise they got approval in 3 hours and schedule Angioplasty, which otherwise would take even weeks or months. Dr. Bukhari personally performed the procedure, talked to me as well as family provided comfort zone and details. We need more doctors like Dr. Kukhari. I live in Victorville, CA and am seeing Dr. George Ponce, as well-respected cardiologist in our area. Dr. Syed Bokhari was referred to me by Dr. Ponce who thought I would be a good candidate for the Mitral Clip because of my leaky mitral valve. My first contact with Dr Bokhari's office was with Annalyse, the lovely young lady who is Dr. Bokhari's receptionist. She set up my first appointment with Dr. Bokhari, was very sweet and helpful, and made me feel welcome! My second contact was with Jasmine, who was also very kind and helpful. She called me to obtain information for my chart for the first appointment, and also arranged for my procedure at Riverside Community Hospital. After that procedure Dr. Bokhari called me to let me know I was indeed a candidate for the clip and that Jasmine would be calling to set up the angiogram in preparation for the clip procedure. In the next few days Jasmine called with the time and instructions to be followed before the procedure. She was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Altogether my contact with Dr. Bokhari and his staff has been a very positive experience! My first appointment was with Dr. Bokhari came upon a recommendation from my mother. My neurologist requested a see a Cardiologist and they got me in pretty quickly. He was great and thoroughly explained everything to me and scheduled follow up testing for something he saw in an ECG. The testing was scheduled prompty and done quickly. After all of that everything went downhill. It took 3 appointment attempts to even get my results. They kept cancelling my appointments because he was having "family emergencies". I get that doctor's have lives too. My appointments were scheduled out so far in advance and each time they cancelled I had to wait weeks before another date was open. After the last cancellation I asked them for my file so I could just take it somewhere else and have a different cardiologist go over my results with me but they said they could not because my results hadn't been reviewed with me!! I don't think that doctor's offices realize that their patients have a work schedule and life that we have to juggle to make our appointments as well. Or why couldn't they just call me instead and go over it with me since they can't keep appointments? Because then they wouldn't be able to charge me for the visit? After finally getting in to my appointment I didn't even get to see Dr. Bokhari, it was a different doctor. My appointment was at 2:30p and I wasn't seen until almost 3:40p. The funny thing is that my initall appointmnent for that day was actually 3:45p and they called me the day before asking if I could come in earlier because the doctor had to leave by 3:30p! While I was waiting in the room I was nervous that we had been forgotten about and he already left! The nurse came in to take vitals, etc and asked why I was there. This frustrated me slightly. I made the appointment to get my results from the three separate tests that THEY conducted...and then they wonder why I'm there. We asked where Bokhari is and she said he is at the office about 1-day a week and he has been in surgeries a lot and doing varicose vein treatments, etc. I know he had that Beauty Medics Spa as well. I feel like maybe he is trying to do too many things and his Cardio patients are really suffering for it. My mom said she is done with this place as well. She only came here for him and now he's pretty much unavailable. She has had problems with other cardiologists at this facility. In the end, the doctor spent about 2 minutes with us essentially saying everything was OK; however, he did not review any test results with us or explain/review anything. He also said to come back in 6 months. Why??? So you can charge my insurance again and waste my time and money? Needless to say I asked for a copy of my file and I will not be returning. I'll have my results reviewed elsewhere and actually explained to me. read more

Dr Bokhari is an amazing doctor who really cares about his patients. He is the type of doctor to take the time out of his schedule to personally call you and keep you informed. I love seeing a doctor so involved with his patients. He is truly dedicated to his patients. I was having issues with my insurance covering a procedure and dr. Bokhari took the time to figure out what we needed to do to get everything taken care of. I really appreciate all you do! I highly recommend this office to anyone in need! read more

I am always impressed with how compassionate and professional Dr. Bokhari is. I feel like I am in good hands when I go into see him, he goes above and beyond as a Dr. I've also learned that it's best to leave him a personal message if you have concerns about your care, scheduling or any concerns. Twice he has called me personally, that is unusual, especially for a Dr. They are often so busy and have many different things going on to do that. I feel Bokhari really cares about the level of care his patients receive. It tells me he is a man of integrity, and principle. My only issue is the front desk, they need to become more organized and pay attention. But regardless I would only go to Bokhari, I like Vanessa very much too. She does a great job. read more

On Nov 28,2014 Dr Bokhari did a veracious procedure on my left ankle. My HMO would not do it they said it was cosmic in which i have had pain for the last five years, AND walked with a limp, Dr Bokhari said he could help, As of today 1-15-15 I don't walk with a limp any more and i sleep at night with no pain, Dr Bokhari and his staff were great, I would highly recommend Dr Bokhari and his staff for any vain or cardiologist procedures .
