I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over a year as my Dr. was not comfortable prescribing any pain medication even though I have been on it for over 19 years. My last appointment was in December. I was supposed to have one in Jan 26th, however I was called and told that I would not be able to get one until March so they gave me a refill till then. April comes and no appointments. I called twice to let them know I hadn't been seen, and my medications were nearly depleted. I was told that they best they could do was give me an appointment July 15th. I explained that one of my medications side effects was a mood booster, and that I have been warned multiple times, by multiple doctors not to stop it suddenly. Well that didn't matter to the scheduling department. July 15th was the best she would do for me. This staff happily let and my family suffer though the misery of the withdrawal symptoms that led to 2 urgent care and an emergency visit. Again Dr. Chen is amazing. Scheduling staff couldn't give a care if you died.

I can tell her anything and she understands and is genially concerned about me and what is going on with me. I have zero complaints about Caryn. I have had a few issues with the office staff, but they put up with a lot of things out of their control. Had a few misunderstandings, but cleared up when talking with Caryn. Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.
