They are NOT flexible at all with creating a dental payment plan. They just expect me to whip out a credit card and charge it. Like most working people I work paycheck to paycheck. However, upon moving to Phoenix, that has gone downhill. Over the past month or two, I have made six visits to North Scottsdale Dentistry with one more to go (I hope just one more). It's safe to say I've gotten a new idea of what they are all about at my second home. This dentist office was recommended to me by my neighbor. They are about a ten minute drive away which is convenient. Located in a shopping center that they share with other businesses, it gets busy but you'll find a spot. I've had a cleaning here, multiple crowns, and they also referred me out to a specialist to have a root canal done. Everybody at North Scottsdale Dentistry that I've interacted with has exceeded my expectations. This includes not only the dentists. But also the dental hygenists and dental assistants. The cashier. All-around, it's a well-run office. They are friendly and knowledgable. They go above and beyond in taking care of you by calling you after your appointment to see how you're feeling. They even adjusted and cleaned my night guard. The office is clean and nice. They have complimentary water, WiFi, and chap stick. You get the picture. After my upcoming seventh visit, I hope to not be back for a while. They're great and everything but seven visits in two months is a doozy!
