Don't ever let Dr Fink @ Trinity Dental touch your teeth! She is the absolute worst Dentist on Earth. My Bridge cost out of pocket, $3,000. It cracked in half after a couple of months & yesterday it fell out of my mouth ! She of course won't refund me a dime. She had me hold my mouth open for 5 hour, without a Brace of any kind & 3 hours another time, & now I have TMJ !! Horrible experience!! read more

I went to this office last year to tighten my crown and they charged me $240,00 . So 6 months after I returned to the office for the same service and I paid around $500,00 . I questioned why I have paid less the last time . The explanation was that this time I have insurance but the insurance did not pay for the service . so I ended up to pay more for the service . There is not price point for this kind of service . it was very disappointed. I will give one stars . read more

After a year or so hiatus, it was well due time for a check-up as I do religiously every 6 months. Based on a recommendation by my fiancée, I gave this place I go. Glad I did! Dr. Fink is super great, very straight to the point too. The hygienists honor my particular requests of manual teeth scraping due to sensitivity. Not to mention this is a very nice, clean and serene office! There are sky/tree motifs built into the ceilings to put the patient at ease. I'm beyond impressed. This is by far the cleanest, most upscale (but reasonable) dentistry I've ever been too. You want to talk about service. Here is the key. Do things others won't...let me explain. I called on Thursday and asked for an appointment on Saturday which is almost unheard of to go to a dentist on the weekend (most have old school bakers hours lol) and that was perfect for my schedule. I get booked for an 8am appointment. I get a call later apologizing greatly saying we can't get you in at 8 but what about 7. They open at 8 and OPENED an HOUR EARLY FOR ME!!!!! What business of this caliber do you know would open an hour early for a patient? I know of zero, until now. This is amazing. That's the 5 star all the way if nothing else. Another reason why I gave 5 stars is the overall experience. Dr. Wynn is so nice and she actually did my cleaning, she works in and on her business to do it right. They have TOP TOP state of the art technology and you can tell no expense was spared to make this the best environment for their patients. I got X-rays done, and a mouth picture taken (which was never done prior anywhere), and the best check up clean I have ever had. You have to check this place out. It is high class and done right. I recently went in to get a cleaning and a cavity filled by Dr. Wynn and had a great experience. When scheduling my appointment, they were able to fit me in that afternoon which was greatly appreciated since one of my teeth was causing me a lot of pain. The receptionist that I spoke to was super helpful and sweet. When I arrived, I got a very warm welcome and was brought into the exam room right away. The dental hygienist, Davina, was such a sweetheart and great to talk to. She's one of those people who can make you feel like you're old friends within minutes of meeting her. Once my X-rays and photos were taken, Dr. Wynn went to work. She was also very warm and professional. She made me feel at ease and answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Overall, the appointment couldn't have been better. My regular dentist, who is my aunt in Puerto Rico, will always be my favorite, but Dr. Wynn is a close second! Cats and dogs must be moving in together because I never thought I would say "I look forward to visiting the dentists office again," but it's true. I promise those were aromatherapy machines and not ether! I wouldn't normally review any healthcare provider (there is so much the layperson doesn't understand) but I had such a good experience at this office I felt the need to share. I give 5 stars for a truly first class experience. Since I gave 5 stars, I'll give 5 reasons: 1) Flexible scheduling. Appointments from 8-8 and open Saturdays. 2) Fantastic looking office. Designed with comfort in mind. Felt more spa-ish than clinical. Eased my nerves. Aromatherapy and calming music played throughout. 3) Competent staff explains what will happen, what is happening, and what just happened. Explained terms a lay person can understand. Dr Wynn is a highly competent provider, thorough and gentle. Any work she does is covered by warranty (luckily I didn't need and restorative work done but good to know. 4) Caring staff that likes to get to know the patient not just as a specimen but as a human being. As a new patient, I was a bit skeptical about trying a new dentist and it made me pretty nervous, at first, during the visit. However, Nick made me feel very comfortable about the process. NOT HAPPY! My husband has been going here since 2017. Recently care has declined to point where he was seen in JULY 2022 (he has quarterly cleanings) nothing was mentioned about gingivitus or needing deep cleanings. He goes in yesterday and is told that he has pockets that are 4 - 5 deep - reviewing the XRAYS from July 2022. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE CARE. Trinity Dental is amazing. Dr. Wynn has been our dentist for almost 3 years and has always treated us fairly. She will always tell you what the best option is and if you can wait. She's not in it to make a quick buck, she's thorough and fair. She's done implants, extractions, cleanings, fillings, and a bridge for us and we've never had a problem. Today I had an emergency and Dr. Wynn was able to help me immediately. I was so grateful that they were open and available during the pandemic. Ok, can these glowing reviews REALLY be true? For a dentist office?? I had my doubts, but before making an appointment I went to check them out. As the previous reviews said, it was a spa-like environment. And sure enough, there were a couple of very cute service dogs available for the laps of the "dentally anxious." And yes, the staff were beyond nice. So, I made an appointment, and I was not disappointed. I had a chipped crown that made eating on the left side of my mouth miserable. Other dentists had told me that there was not enough tooth left and it would be risky to rebuild it and that I should just live with it, but Dr. Wynn was able to replace it with a beautiful new crown. And come on...where else can you get a dental exam with a cute dog on your lap!! This place is the real deal, folks. There is a difference! After being Complacent with my old dentist for years I needed some dentistry that was not covered by my insurance and went shopping. Am I glad I did, a dentist (Dr Wynn) that actually performs cleanings, spends time with her patients explaining procedures & costs. It got to the point with my old dentist where I never saw her. All assistants & hygienists. Frosting on the cake. I needed a crown, my old crown that my last dentist did kept catching food. In a 1.5 hour appointment I had a new crown. Not a temporary and come back in a week. They have a very high tech office with top of the line equipment. They made my crown in 45 minutes. Top quality people, top quality tools. I moved to the area at the beginning of this year and have had three or four visits to Dr. Wynn and her staff now. The entire office is so extremely clean and welcoming, and Dr. Wynn and her staff are very pleasant. I thought it was going to be a pain having to find a new dentist after moving out of state, but I'm glad I found Dr. Wynn. She makes it a point to only do work that is necessary and just educate you on the general care of your teeth so that you don't have to take so many trips to the dentist. I've had veneers done by a different dentist, and when i finally met Dr. Wynn, she made negative comments about the way they looked, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and now insecure. Dr Fink also has a natural teaching instinct that comes through in how she works with her staff and her patients. They have very poor communication. I was under the impression I had a cleaning left under the the TLC plan which is 2 cleanings a year because they couldn't get me in last year for my 2nd cleaning I thought they were rolling that into Januarys cleaning. they scheduled the cleaning and waited till last minute to tell me I have to pay full price for the cleaning even tho I spoke on the phone with them multiple times and that wasn't mentioned until last minute. I moved and no longer nearby so I requested to cancel the membership and they just said "ok" then still charged me. I requested a refund and they're telling me to get $25 back I have to pay $340 for past visits which is a total scam. They push and push for Invisalign or whatever they can upsell. Just unprofessional and money hungry. They can keep the petty $25 if they need it so bad. I Will take my families and my dental care elsewhere. read more

Five stars is not enough! I called yesterday for a cleaning after seeing all their positive reviews. The receptionist was so kind and offered me a same day, next day, or next week appointment. I opted for an appointment for the next day. I told her I would be using their dental plan that was available for cleanings on their website. Incredible deal. I walked into a beautiful office today and was greeted with kindness and went back to the dental chair within minutes. The hygienist was extremely gentle and helpful. The Dr came in with a smile and kind greetings. She was very easy to talk too. She didn't try and sell me on any additional treatments. I called Trinity Dental early last Thursday morning to see if my son could get an antibiotic prescription for an infected tooth. The dentist spoke to him and said a prescription would be ready at their office. At the office, there were no x-rays, cleaning or other treatment - just a sales pitch for an expensive redo of his entire mouth which he cannot afford. He did get the prescription plus a bill for $150! Last year he got a similar prescription from Comfort Dental in Mesa for $25. Total ripoff at Trinity. Pete V read more
