Boards started cracking. They kept sending out the installer to replace the cracked boards with leftover material we had from the original install. But it continued to happen. Finally, they reached out to the manufacturer who sent their own inspector out to determine what the cause was. Before this inspector came out though Jeff, the head of Cherry City sent the original installer back out to my house to make some adjustments and create gaps in the installl so it was altered before the manufacturer showed up. After they came back with their report determining it was a bad install, Jeff said that he disagreed with it. Ultimately, they didn't take care of it and we have a cracked floor in multiple places. Avoid this place at all cost. They are terrible and Jeff is a total piece of garbage.

I know what was discussed between him and her, since and I discussed what we wanted and she called me right after to let me know. I feel that Jason heard what he wanted and disregarded the rest. My wife says the only question asked was "if the door went to the garage." He was more interested in selling luxury vinyl. If there was any miscommunication, it is because Jason was focused on what he wanted, and not what we wanted.
