Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. The job took about 27 mins. 27 mins to soak the couch. The couch is still dirty. That evening, I sent pictures and videos of all the the stains, dirt, and corners of the couch. Instead of apologizing, the owner blamed the lighting in the apartment and told me he would come back after the weekend. Perhaps the eco-friendly products were unable to keep up with what we needed. In the end there was still a lot of dust on most surfaces and nothing was moved (not even doors to clean behind them) while vacuuming and mopping.
