That being said, I quickly noticed they got globs of what appear to be white paint on the door handles and seats, which was quite annoying to get out. My car had never been detailed before, and they did a great job. I am amazed that it looks brand new - I've received so many compliments. Taking off one star for the waiting experience. There is a waiting room, but it does not have AC and needs updating. Alex was unable to give a time estimate. He initially said ~2 hours, but it ended up taking nearly 5. When I dropped my car off, the floor carpet, seat upholstery and buttons/ vertical crannies around the emergency brake were crusty with four years of spilled milky coffee and smoothies. Really, really gross. It's now spotless, and best of all doesn't smell like anything (I opted for no air freshener), where yesterday it smelled like curdled soymilk mold. Alex even removed all the leaves and dirt that had collected under the hood. He was able to do an interior detailing within 4 hours for $100 less than other shops who looked at my car in despair and said their process would take two or three days given the state of everything.
