Amazing! Yet another 5-star to add to the pile. Roger will take care of your car as though it's his own - when he and his team were done with removing the layers of winter gunk from our car, it was so clean (both inside and out) that I could've practically eaten off the car mats. It's been a few days after I had gotten it detailed and my feet are still sliding off the mats, they've been scraped so thoroughly of any dirt and salt. There's definitely that brand spanking new car feeling. I had some trouble finding the entrance (they're tucked one level down in a parking garage in the back of 275 Grove, right next to the T stop) and he came outside and helped guide me to where they were. I've never gotten our car detailed before so I was a little hesitant as to what to expect but this was worth every penny, you can see the attention reflected in the beautiful work that they do. Rogelio's skills are nothing short of magical! I had three French bulldogs, three pugs and a Boston terrier in my car for a total of 10 hours round trip. We went to Pug Camp in the Poconos. (Yes, pug camp is an actual event.) There was dried puke, slobber, you name it. The amount of short hairs stuck everywhere was unbelievable. I tried to vacuum it myself and clogged my expensive vacuum twice. I also let the grossness roast for a month, which probably didn't help. I am floored with how amazing my car looked when I picked it up! A little tricky to find but well worth it! Roger is amazing!!!! This was the second time I booked the Deluxe Premium interior and exterior detailing for my Toyota Sienna with him (considered an XL SUV at $350). Worth every penny!!!! When I lived in Miami, I used to get my car detailed yearly but after moving to Boston in 2015, I stopped because it was a lot more expensive. After getting used to things, I have been meaning to get my car detailed and this time, I really had to. My mother and I picked up some squid and some of the juices leaked into my trunk. It created a horrible stench that was there for more than a week. After a search for reasonably priced places, I found Deluxe Auto Detailing and made an appointment. To be honest, I was just expecting my car to be well cleaned but not to this extent! This was likely my best experience ever at getting my cars detailed in Malaysia (where I grew up) and Miami. The smell was gone, the interior was as clean as when I first bought my brand new car in 2012, and the exterior was waxed to perfection.
