Took my bike for a tire, oil change, air filter and chain lube. The quote prior to me bringing my…read morebike in was $240 for the tire, $100 for the service(Honda of Russellville charges $125) and I asked them to look at a blinker which just had a wire disconnected (10 minute job). I was told when I dropped the bike off that if anything else needed to be done to it, I would be given a call to ok the extra cost. I was expecting $350 plus tax. Picked my bike up and was handed a bill for $550... of which $173 was not paid after some cursing by both parties. That's right. They tried to charge me 300 dollars for an oil change, air filter and chain lube on a CBR 600. I will never be back. Shakedown, pure and simple.

It turned out that the owner ordered his replacement chains with several extra links for situations like mine (rather than just the exact size of typical/common bikes). They put aside what they were working on in order to prioritize my work and made me feel welcome while I waited. As far as I can tell the work was perfect and thanks to them I was able to finish my trip. I definitely recommend!
