I arrived back in town on Wednesday August 6th (three weeks after I originally turned in my truck) and called my wife and they said it would be done that afternoon. They called me back the afternoon of August 6th and said the repairs were complete. When I got there to pick it up, much to my surprise, when I inspected my truck, it was not finished. One of the primary pieces that was. supposed to have been replaced, the chrome step $723, had not been replaced. Yes it was on listed on the Job order/and final bill. Also, the truck had not been cleaned up and ready to drive out. They said it would take another two days. I finally got to pick it up at 4pm on Friday August 8th, 24 days after I had taken it to Sorrells body shop. The one positive note, the secretary Rose was very kind and considerate.

If I could give NO stars I would!!! I would not recommend Dalton RV in Plumerville, Arkansas…read more My experience has been one problem after another from the day I purchased my RV. I paid Dalton RV to handle my title, registration, and licensing paperwork, but they failed to submit everything in a timely manner. They also did not send the money I paid for my registration and title to the appropriate agency. As a result, I was left paying for the registration, title, license, and late fees out of my own pocket. In addition, I purchased a backup camera and a ladder that were supposed to be installed on the RV before delivery. Instead, I waited over a month for the parts to come in. When they finally shipped them to me, the ladder was damaged, the backup camera was the wrong model, and the ladder wasn't even the correct one for my RV. Since then, I've spent countless hours trying to resolve these issues. I've repeatedly called to request a refund and to return the incorrect and damaged items, but my calls have largely gone unanswered. I asked several times to speak with the owner, Levi, but he has never spoken with me directly. When I called about the title and registration issue, I was told he was "indisposed." I asked to hold, but instead my call was disconnected, and afterward my phone number was blocked. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I expected Dalton RV to stand behind their sale and correct their mistakes, but instead I was left with unexpected expenses, damaged and incorrect parts, and virtually no customer service. I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership based on my experience.
