He gave me the best quote out there and of course on a sliding scale. As it's hard to say what could exactly be wrong with my PS4. Even at its highest the quote was still 30% lower than all other local businesses. He also quoted me same day repair if they have the part (most places quoted 2-7 days) In short the repair came out to be the highest he quoted me for (which I was expecting) since it's the oldest ps4 model out there. Recently I needed to swap out my hard drive and was given the recommendation of a Solid State Drive. I talked with Brian about it and brought up buying two Solid State Drives for the same computer. Instead of upselling me, he was honest and told me there is no purpose in buying a second Solid State Drive. After a speedy swap of 3 hours, he told me that one of the fans in my PC was not working and he had replaced it free of charge while he was working on the Solid State.
