This place is amazing! I'm very thankful to have found it and that it's so close to home! I swear, my youngest daughter needs to carry her phone in bubble wrap. Last night she told me she'd taken her phone out of her backpack and the screen was completely shattered. Ooof. She already had been using it while it was cracked and had an unresponsive spot towards the top of the screen. But this was now completely unusable. Enter IPhix. I visited this morning and showed them the phone. After a quick analysis, the gentleman said he could fix it. I even pointed out the unresponsive section of the screen and he said that wasn't a problem. To top it all off, he said he only needed 30 minutes for the repair! I had to get to work, but he said he'd call me when it was finished. After some quick paperwork, I was on my way. About an hour later, he called to say the phone was ready. I asked if he could also put a new screen protector on it just in case. He was happy to do it! They close briefly for lunch around 2pm, so I was sure to avoid that time and just stopped by on my lunch break. They had me inspect the repair and it was perfect! I recently brought my iPhone 14 Pro to Iphix for what I thought would be a simple back glass repair. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, upon receiving my phone back, I discovered That the back was sticking out . This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such delicate and expensive devices. Furthermore, the quality of their repairs was subpar. Not only did they fail to properly fix the back glass, but they also managed to damage the magnet on the back of my phone in the process. This negligence and lack of attention to detail are unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to specialize in phone repairs. Despite giving them multiple chances to rectify the situation, Iphix failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I took the phone to Omar. Not Zac who just repl non sense Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me stuck with a damaged phone and no recourse for compensation. Overall, I would strongly advise against using Iphix for any phone repairs. Their poor service, lack of transparency, and shoddy workmanship make them a risk not worth taking. BLACK SCREEN issue.... I came here for an iPhone 11 pro screen issue. All of a sudden my iPhone went black screen but still worked and got calls, alerts, vibrates, and even rings. So brought my phone to Iphix and met OMAR the technician. Great guy. Before coming to the shop I had back-and-forth text messages with the owner of the business, his name is Zak about the issue I was experiencing and getting a quoted price for the repair. So basically they charge $40 first for the diagnosis and if it needs to be repaired it will be applied toward the repair price. So when I came to the shop Omar took the phone and just told him that my phone just went black screen but everything was still working. And without doing diagnosis he just told me that the screen needed to be replaced. So I trusted him without doing a diagnostic first and he said that it would be quick to be fixed coz they have a part available. So I only waited about 20 minutes and Omar called me that the phone was ready. At first, the screen is working and you will think that there are no more problems. So I paid him the repair price and taught him everything works normally. But upon checking the cameras, and the apps I noticed I have an alert on my settings and that was.... 1. UNKNOWN PARTS a non-genuine part was installed ( see the pictures below) 2. my Face ID issue appears and it's not working (see the picture below) and the last 3. Battery health is significantly degraded ( see picture below). All of these messages appeared after replacing my screen. I don't know if my original parts like my battery were replaced/swapped with defective ones. So after finding this out, Omar the tech guy said that they couldn't fix those problems and needed to be brought to their other 3rd party technician. I guess it's their contract specialist to fix it and it will take 5-7 days to check and fix the issue. The reason is that the specialist is in DTLA. And on top of that, it will be a separate charge that will be added. So I decided not to do it coz I can't wait 5-7 days. So right now after replacing it with a new screen, I have 3 issues to deal with that they can't repair at their shop. Omar the tech guy didn't mention that this will happen and that you will get messages after replacing parts. By the way, they don't honor the voucher posted on their YELP website... so please don't purchase it! They only honor the checking in on Yelp and they give $10 off when you do it. This is my second time visiting the store for repair. Last year I went also for a screen replacement for my iPhone 6s Plus and met their tech, Jason. At that time Jason did a good job fixing the screen and gave me a good deal price for the repair. So he did a diagnostic first and told me the problem. So I told myself I found a place for all my Apple repair issues. I know some of you will visit and do repairs with them but BEWARE after they fix the problem. Make sure you test and check everything before leaving the shop & try other iPhones or Apple repairs if they do have in-store specialists rather than tech guys who only do the replacing parts. Make sure if you come here for screen replacement test the true tone... try to look on TikTok how to do it. Omar said that Zak the owner has 3 shops, one in Eastvale, Corona & one in Rancho Cucamonga. So the total I paid for the screen replacement was $80 which includes the $10 off the promo on Yelp upon checking in. read more

I came in to get my Series 4 Stainless Steel Apple Watch w/GPS & Cellular screen replaced with what I thought was going to be a new sapphire crystal bezel for $250, and while I was there I also asked the associate if he could reset the watch for me since I couldn't remember the passcode since I hadn't used the watch since 2019, at which time he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I was told it would take a few days for the bezel, and I'd be notified when the watch was ready. A week passed and then I was notified that they repaired the watch and it was ready for pickup however they wouldn't be able to reset the watch due to a Verizon issue. That's fine, I can take it to the carrier and get it sorted however that was the first red flag. Over promising your services. Then after I pay the invoice and I'm walking out Im tapping the bezel and it doesn't sound like crystal, it's sounds higher pitched like glass so I asked- and the associate confirms my suspicions that the repair was done with glass. At which point I made a snarky remark, because there was no recourse since I had already paid. Definitely feel taken advantage of in this situation, but also should have done more research and avoided this type of shop and just went to apple. Save your money, time and sanity. The colors are not real on certain apps and the screen videos when watching videos with low light. I've contacted Iphix several times, they keep saying that they would order a replacement but never call me back. Now the screen has a crack. I do believe it to be a low quality screen. read more

Great experience with Zak at Iphix. I brought in my Ipad pro that wouldn't charge, the "genius" at apple insisted that it was a bad logic board with a suggested repair cost of $700. This seemed completely illogical given what transpired with the device, however the apple employee was insistent. I took the device to Zak, let him know my concern. He suggested we try the charging port first then move on to further diagnosing if need be. It ended up being the charging port as suspected, Zak had it knocked out and back to me in a few hours for a totally reasonable price. He also went the extra mile to see if it was worth fixing the keyboard charging port as well, eventually determining that it wouldn't be a wise decision to spend the money on it.
