DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. Came to get my camera glass fixed. Told me it would be a easy fix, come back and my phone is ruined. Camera was fine before giving it to them, now it blurry with spots on it. The person that "fixed" my phone, completely scratched my phone, ruining the camera. I genuinely hope this man goes out of business. my charger port had debris in it and wouldn't work so i brought it to him. i'm sure all he had to do was spray some duster in it and it'd have been fine but he decided to to keep it for 30 minutes and when i came back it was fine. however a day later my charger was WORSE! it would barely work for my personal charger and now it doesn't work at all! i tried contacting him via phone and he would never pickup. i even went there today and he wasn't there! his stand was open but he was no where to be seen even after 30 minutes of hanging around. overall i hope this man goes out of business because his service skills are ass. if you ever happen to walk by his stand make sure to grab a couple cases for the free. read more

I have a cell repair shop a couple blocks from me, but decided to drive out to Victoria Gardens because Speed Repair had overwhelmingly positive reviews. It was worth the drive. The screen on my 7+ was thoroughly shattered (despite being protected by an OtterBox Defender case); the display image was mostly black, and the touch response was gone. I had my doubts it was going to be repairable. Happily, it's now back to normal. Sal must perform this repair often; he clearly knows what he's doing. It only took him about 15 minutes, with no issues. I would certainly recommend Speed Repair to anyone in the Rancho area. *PERFORMANCE UPDATE*: This isn't in any way a criticism of the Service at Speed Repair, but rather an update of the performance of the installed screen. APPLE DEVICES DON'T LIKE NON-APPLE HARDWARE! My replacement screen started having problems 4 months after it was installed. It began with random discolorations and image-lightening around the edges of the screen. Then there seemed to be increasing touch-screen alignment problems, where different keys than what I typed would appear, making texting difficult, and forcing me to rely more on stupid talk-to-text. At about 5 months after installation, the touch-screen began typing/selecting things on its own (sometimes a key will rapidly type itself 3- or 4 times), and also things I typed/touched would NOT react. Also, after being powered on, my screen image will often be "zoomed", where I'm unable to view the entire screen image, and therefore unable to fully see the keypad to enter my passcode without resetting the phone and trying again (obviously a processor issue rather than the replacement screen, but likely caused by incompatibility). Maddeningly frustrating! Now at 7 months in, this phone is nearly unusable. Again, I DON'T FAULT THE INSTALLATION, but rather the incompatibility of Apple devices with non-Apple hardware. IF YOU HAVE AN APPLE DEVICE, MY ADVICE IS TO PAY THE EXTRA COST TO HAVE APPLE INSTALL A CERTIFIED SCREEN, rather than to gamble on possibly having to deal with the issues like I've been experiencing. If you own Apple devices, you should already be aware that they are engineered not only to reject non-Apple hardware, but also to be problematic if not replaced/upgraded on an annual basis. For $200 I expected better quality. I had both front and back screens fixed on my iphone XR. When he removed the back glass he had such a hard time that he scrapped and scratched the little metal band going around the outer of the phone. He scratched the camera. The glass was definitely fixed but not good.... On the front screen he left so many cracks along the edge that you can see light coming through them when the screen is on. It is no longer water resistant and if it barley gets wet water has a chance of going in those cracks. The new glass he put on both front and back is SO cheap..... It scratches so easy. Apple glass pieces would never scratch so easily..... A total ripoff..... for $200 I could've put a deposit on a new phone instead I got it fixed.... never coming back! read more

Do not get your iPhone X repaired here. I had a cracked screen and had it repaired here. They were very quick at repairing it turn around time was 30mins. The face plate fell off after the 3rd day. I live a few hours away and needed to get my phone repaired immediately. I went to another repair place in my area and they took the phone apart and said that they use very cheap glue. I called back to explain and offer to send materials back and they would not offer any sort of reimbursement. I would not take the chance for a broken screen iPhone X here.
