Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! And I get there and the guy asked "did you get a quote" and I said yeah it's for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and so he comes back with a $160 price and I say, I was quoted 99-129 for my model phone. So he says he'll have to call his boss to get it cleared. None of this would matter if the phone worked. But now my eyes hurt from this super bright screen. I'm turning every app into night mode that can. My cellphone brightness is on lowest setting. The guy even made up excuses on why he was charging more like it was a newer better screen from before and they haven't updated the new price. I didn't want to hear it. And the whole "pay in cash." SMH If you have time to do research, go somewhere else. I blame myself for not walking out when things seemed shady. I was better off with the cracked screen. **** Update**** So I get a call from Ben. My screen is probably defective. He wants me to bring it in to run a diagnostic and see if anything is wrong and replace it and offers a refund. Tells me to take down my review. I'm your typical guy that will google or YouTube something to fix it. There is something definitely wrong with this "non-Apple screen." So I say I'll take the refund and get my iPhone fixed somewhere else. Happy to give back this screen and I'll take my cracked screen. Ben says it's not right to give a refund. Ben was more concerned about taking down this review. Ben was polite but, at this point if I have to live with this super bright screen that heats up my phone until my budget can splurge to drop another $130 on a 2nd attempt, then Ben is gonna have to live with this review. People should have fair warning. So here's the warning. This company does not use compatible Apple iPhone screens. Your iPhone will not recognize the screen for "optimized" settings, ie "my bright screen" Worse, iPhone not recognizing the new screen is acceptable to them and was not disclosed. Who would want or trust a defective product. If I got a lemon then I don't want another lemon that passes a diagnostic only to fail me after a 3 month warranty. I'm better off getting a refund and going somewhere else. Ben, you got me for $130. I lost. And since this is the longest I've been in my phone after getting this bright screen, I'm just realizing how much it's draining my battery. Not sure what else this store does but for iPhone screens you are better off going anywhere else. Also, please don't delete your reviews when businesses ask you to. I was concerned about my phone being connected to Sprint and if it could be unlocked so that I could use it with a different carrier. I dropped my phone off and they worked on it for a couple days. Apparently my phone was difficult to unlock, but they did it! I was so excited to hear that they unlocked my phone and that it was ready to pick up. I felt kinda naked without it for those few days. Mark was the guy who helped me and who kept in contact with me throughout the process. He quoted me a very reasonable price for what I wanted and the phone was in great condition when it was returned to me. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs, unlocking, and much more on their phones as well as tablets. I suggest you give them a call to make an appointment. The two men working in iPhone Tech Repair when I went to fix my phone screen were very helpful and kind off the bat. They helped me right away and it only took about 15-20 minutes to fix my screen! This place is hidden behind a shoe store because it's a small place, but offers a lot of help! I waited for my phone while they fixed it and one fo the guys offered be a cool water because it was very hot. It was also not bad spending my time there waiting because they make conversation. I highly recommend them! Plus, they put water resistance on your phone again included when fixing your phone, isn't that great! read more

This company and owner is a joke. Worse I have ever seen. BEWARE. They scammed me out of my iPhone 6 Plus and money. I brought in my i6 Plus that needed just a screen. The owner told me after waiting for 2 hours that one of his techs stole my phone because he was fired for theft. The owner said sorry but I dont have any i6 plus to give you because of this. He also refused to give me my money back. He said to file a police report and wait for the police to deal with this matter. I called the police and nothing is happening. The tech there by the name of Phillip did a great job on my electronics. he helped to fix the broken screens on both my iPhone 5 and my LG tablet. He also helped in debugging my Macbook pro and helped recommend a great charger for my brother's Android phone that charges it way better than its factory charger. By far the best place in town to get your accident fixed, and the gear to protect its new pretty face. All humor aside, Philip really knows what he is doing. I took my S4 in with the problem of not turning on and not responding to the charger. After some experimental work around the power button, which he had never done before, he got it working like a champ. I needed to fix my wife's cracked lcd on her Sumsung galaxy phone. Call in, super friendly and provided detail info. Came in dropped the phone off. Good service and good people. Installed genuine Samsung stocked parts. It was ready same day (2 hours) where other places had to order the parts. Super happy with the results. Phone Tech is really great!!! Low prices and quality repairs!! I took my phone to the carrier and they told me I had to pay them $150 to replace my phone with the insurance. Phil at Phone Tech opened the phone, figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it for $50 in under an hour. Been with them for years up until Rex they were always able to save my old iPhone 8+ and was able to it for 9 years straight without issues. couple weeks ago steam got into it and weren't sure it's salvagable so I since upgraded but thx to them they helped me with issues on mu old iPhone for years. Well, we ended up going back yesterday because my husband dropped his phone on the concrete and the screen completely stopped working--just like what happened to my iPad before. I told him about this place and we decided to come here after trying T-Mobile and the Apple Store, which were both extremely busy since it was a Saturday. They let us know the repair would take about an hour. It ended up taking a little longer--about two hours--but considering it was a Saturday at a very busy mall, we completely understood. Instead of stressing about the wait, we just enjoyed some time walking around the mall with our family. Overall, we had another great experience and really appreciated their work. I would definitely recommend this place and will continue coming back for any future fixes we need.

I've dropped my phone and crack my screen so many times it's not even funny. Probably have replaced my screen 3-4 times a year. This is problem the best work I've seen!
