The knowledge, customer service and the price is wonderful! I called many phone repair services to get a quote about getting my Samsung screen fixed. Some of the locations I called did not pick up and they didn't seem helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. That is not the case here at Phone tech. If they miss your call they will call back right away which I appreciated so much! I dropped off my phone on a Sunday at around 4pm and it was ready for pickup at 6pm. He did a wonderful job! He finished the repair quickly considering he had other projects ahead of mine. Im so happy i found my permanent phone repairment spot! I appreciate the amazing customer service and honesty! This was the only place I could find that would repair my cracked Garmin gps screen. It sucks that part need to be shipped since it's an older gps, but they were able to find a used original screen, so I'm super happy. The screen works again and I ca n stop using the data on my phone. read more

Came down here to get my iPhone 6 screen repair after being lied by another store in Redlands of warranty of 6months if something happen to the screen; a couple days of repair the screen broke and wouldn't honor the warranty. I started calling shops in the area with my busted phone and was able to get a hold of a worker who quoted more reasonable price from the other store. He was able to fix my phone within an hour. I've gone here to fix two different things, one was my note 4 that got water damage done to it. and the other was an ipad mini that had the screen spazzing out. Both situations they had the parts in stock and fixed the same day. The ipad mini unfortunately started spazzing out again a month later and they fixed it again for free because they said they warranty their repairs for 3 months or so. The price is very competitive, its actually lower than some guy doing it from his garage that fixed my previous stuff. Ill happily refer people to this business, they are very professional. BTW they take all types of payments not cash only like some places. read more

Worst ever I mailed in a Sony Xperia z3 to get the screen replaced, was sent back with the screen not properly attached and damaged internally where I received no service, asked Phillip(most likely owner) to see what he can do he said "he would figure it out" well mailed it again and a week passed and I call and asked what's up and his way of "FIGURING IT OUT" was saying he never received it, even though tracking said it was delivered and I filed a investigation and it was delivered. So was instructed by USPS to file a fraudulence report with his address online, so if this has happened to anyone else they should do the same. Again worst cell phone repair shop ever!! read more

Today I went to go get my iPhone fixed! The man that helped me seemed very professional. I did ask him if he was planning on taking my serial number .. Just because I have heard stories about other places and since this place has no reviews I was a lite weary. He assured me that he would not do that and that I was more than welcome to watch him. It took about 45 minutes for him to do it. Only because he had other phones as well. It was 60$ for him to fix my screen and the touch screen. Pretty great prices for his service. It was some white guy with glasses and he didnt even look at me because he was busy talking to his friend and both of them just kept talking and ignoring me like if noone was there. I am very happy I decided on this business. I had an old Pixel XL that needed a new battery (I tried just upgrading to a Pixel 5 but due to the covids I could not get one without a month wait). I called a few shops and got some conflicting data and quotes, but when I spoke with this business, it felt like he was honest, he seemed to be willing to back up his work, and he was inexpensive. While he is not the least expensive, he was darn close. I took my Pixel in (he had a battery in stock luckily, otherwise I would have had to wait for parts) and four hours later I had a working phone again! Before going there, it would randomly shut off past 50% battery used, and the charge would not last a whole day...now it is back to fresh from factory condition and I can leave it off the charger all day with plenty of juice left over. He even fully charged it! Things during covid have been a serious bummer and just the simple resolution of getting what you paid for meant so much more than usual and I would say if you want someone who will be straight and honest and do quality work, I would argue you cannot find a higher standard than this company here. If it is close enough to get to easily, I cannot recommend him enough. read more
