This man talked down to my husband and I each time we went into the shop. We had to return several times because (despite paying him several hundred dollars to fix ONE issue) the problem was never fixed. It seemed he was irritated by the fact that we were unsatisfied with his "service". He was very rude to my husband, and after the last time our computer was returned to us (STILL for the original issue), it is still showing the same signs as before. My husband uses the laptop for work, and cannot use his programs with these issues still occuring. Needless to say I am furious, and will be looking for a way to have my money returned to me, as I paid him and am still stuck with a broken computer. This place lacks completely in customer service skills, and communication skills. BEWARE. read more

Greg is a smart man and a capable computer repairman but he is too busy for his own good. He always has a large queue of computers he is attempting to fix so you cannot expect quick service. He is very by the book on his pricing so don't expect any favors or price drops. The banter between his other customers who I regularly encountered suggested that he was slow getting EVERYONE'S computers back to them. The owner is uptight. He does not finish in the suggested time frame that he came up with. He is rude to customers both on the phone and in person. I would go without a computer if he was the only one in town. Thankful that he is not. I paid $100.00 too. He gave me one heck of a time when I went to pick up my computer. Beware is a good choice of words. This guy is a time bomb reday to explode. He takes on too much and looses customers because of his attitude. read more

A couple of weeks ago, I brought him an old laptop that did not work. He called to tell me it was filled with viruses, and let me know the options and prices before repairing it, which I felt were very reasonable. That was on a Friday. He said it would be ready in a couple of days, but he did offer to come in on the weekend, if I was in a hurry. I did not rush him. The computer was completed within the estimated time, two days. When I picked it up, he took time to explain to me the new programs. He was always cordial and gracious, both over the phone and in person. The price was exactly the same that he had quoted originally. He gave me back a computer that was BETTER than when it was brand new. Yes, he is busy, but that's a good sign. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier. read more

Told Greg, the owner, that I had a deadline at the end of the month and he assured me my laptop would be ready in two weeks. Called at the beginning of the next week to check on the status and there wasn't even a voicemail to leave a message on. When I went by the shop it was closed...for three weeks!! After many attempts to call, going by and talking to other shop owners in the center he finally called after over four weeks. The day I went in he already had an unhappy customer, who he called a liar to her face! She took her unfixed laptop and left. He started our conversation out by saying his customers are all assholes and liars and wanted to reiterate how the past customer f'd up her computer and didn't want her husband to know. ( I assume I'm in the asshole category). I expressed my distress in not being able to get a hold of him and he became very confrontational and said that if I had any more complaints then he would not give me back my computer. Treading lightly, I said that in 2015 there is no reason to not have a voicemail. Many excuses...he has kids in college, he's been sick, something about his girlfriend and the dog ate his homework. And then he said his Visa machine was down and it's $125 cash now. Having not mentioned that on the phone, I said I would give him a check but I was not leaving without my computer. He grabbed my laptop off the counter, yanked the battery out and was going to disassemble my computer! WTF? Paying 4% for the Visa machine or having me call the police made up his mind. My computer works, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's good geek. He's definitely not a good businessman and he's definitely scary crazy. read more

The other reviewers are way too nice! Greg makes a good appearance; the shop is nice, though "internet cafe" is pure fiction. He wears a little gold crucifix and was keeping his daughter's dog when I left my old Dell tower two days ago. I told him the start button was not working since a power outtage, that I'm low-income, a senior and selling on eBay. He said he could fix that for $20. He gave me a window of time, so I thought he might do this easy fix while I waited. He said he would call me "this afternoon or tomorrow." Didn't happen. I called. Twice I've had to leave messages because he isn't actually in the shop. When he did call back, he didn't remember me -- the redhead with the bad starter button! After waiting all the next day and being told he was busy, after learning that he goes home at 5 on Friday, I felt pretty bad. He's clueless that eBay activity is best on weekends. About 1 p.m. today, I called him to say I want my computer this afternoon, fixed or not! He said he'd be there until 5. I parked right in front and went in. This "nice" man opened up and gave me holy hell 17 times over, insisting that he is a business owner blah blah. I didn't say a word in reply. More shocking, while I am a strong old lady, a wildlife rehab volunteer, he let me haul my own computer out to the car! This man was so totally nasty, I suspect he is going through a divorce or else walking around with an undiagnosed health problem -- a brain tumor perhaps.
