I also got a battery replacement for a mens watch. Not sure what happened but the back of the watch came off and the battery fell out! I took it back and explained what happened, I asked if they would replace the battery. Lee the assistant manager was very nice, explained that they don't normally replace batteries in this case but they would do a courtesy replacement one time. I'm not sure how the back of the watch fell off but was appreciative of the replacement. When that screen protector cracked, I took it to re-phone in Sonora. Was charged about $30 for the replacement and it does not fit tightly and has multiple air bubbles. When I took it back for the bubbles, I was told it was due to the case. However, the previous screen protectors fit flawlessly at a third of the price. Save your money and take a trip to the valley for your phone needs.
