To the point: I have never had a better dentist and dental hygienist! Each time I am there I am treated with kindness and respect. The staff knows me by name. I feel safe and cared for... not easy to pull off when your mouth is wide open! Dr. Ferrar is my favorite dentist. She keeps me in the know and I understand what to expect when and why. The office staff remind you of your appointments several times so there is no way you will forget. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. If you have an emergency they will get you in quickly! The office has the newest of equipment! It is very clean and sterile.., I recently lost the insurance I had for years and rather then going to a new dentist, I chose to pay out of pocket so I could keep seeing Dr Ferrar at Somers Point dental! That level of incompetence and disregard for patients is unacceptable. Dental care is about trust, and By the Sea Dentistry has broken mine.
