The driver was already there assessing the job at hand. I started disconnecting the many screws holding the plenum and intake on. He saw that there were dozens of screws and he startd unscrew right there. A huge boost. He then worked hard, getting the new unit on the roof and the old unit off the roof. It was so exciting to see them dropped our u-shaped BBQ over our fence and our roof in our backyard! What an amazing company. They showed up way before on time and so did the BBQ place.
