Cheryl and Fran are incredibly ill-mannered and have no tolerance for patients with anxiety or questions. When I found another dentist, they even refused to send my x-rays and files over! It was always difficult to find an appt. time that worked for me since I worked 2 jobs at the time and Cheryl would huff and puff saying she had other clients on the line-- as if she could not be bothered!!!! I called to get them fixed, for weeks. the son dentist didn't care, the father dentist was vacationing 4 days a week or was too busy. Still nothing. You can always go to another dentist they said. Which would have costs thousands to start new, and they might not know what happened. They abandoned me/malpractice. Months later, they finally realize they are massively libel (I'm guessing the office manager finally found out and told them they are in trouble and libel)..... they get me in. They X-ray and indeed find out BOTH fillings are messed up and jagged. Creating massive pain daily that would never go away until repaired. Nightmare family. The doctor I needed in LA went to the hospital with a slight pain,....ended up under a ventilator now for weeks, if he ever gets better, we already paid him. A cascade of disease that would have been caught, was missed. Our family is in ruins.
