I made an appointment first thing in the morning at 8 AM on a Friday when I show up after driving 45 minutes from Lexington for my appointment and give them my insurance they say that they cannot accept the insurance and that they have to reschedule me another month out in advance. Instead of calling and telling me this before, I drove the 45 minutes I had to get to Georgetown and find out in person afterwards. Again, I've never necessarily had any issues except for over pricing and insurance, but I feel like this could've used a phone call and save saved everybody a lot of time
