They asked me a few questions and then asked me to have a seat. The waiting room was extremely comfortable. It has a couch, loveseat, wooden chairs, and a few more seating options that have slipped my mind. There is a HUGE salt water fish tank in there as well. I would watch a good tank all day over the tv that is in the corner. The place was extremely clean and organized. It even smelled nice. Got called back to the office where they made molds of my teeth and then asked me more questions for my up coming surgery. They then gave me information to go home to read while I waited for surgery. Surgery day arrived and was in and out really quickly. I was very impressed at the turn around time. They even called the following day as a follow up on how I was doing and go back over my home care routine and confirm my next appointment. I recommend this place hands down. She is a disabled person and experiences chronic pain daily from many symptoms. She had to reschedule an appt once with his office. They didn't like it and when she rescheduled it the office scheduler gave her a MONDAY appt for spitefulness and retaliation knowing their office is closed on Mondays. Once when she was there for a procedure, we heard Dr. McLaurin make a derogatory remark about the patient just outside the door. This behavior is totally unethical and unacceptable. To mistreat a sick person is very low. I wouldn't take a dog to Dr. McLaurin. I would hope some of his office staff is above this level of humanity.

The dentist is absolutely amazing! Very skilled and as gentle as a person pulling out your teeth can be. I got my back teeth pulled Feb 26th and yesterday I had the rest pulled and my immediate dentures placed. Years of pain and trauma gone so quickly thanks to the dentist and his wonderful assistant and office staff. I see the bad reviews and not even once has any of what's in them been any of my experiences. The office is clean, staff very organized, very professional, kind and after yrs of trying to get my dental work done I am so grateful to have found this office and these wonderful people who work there. I've never smiled or looked forward to going to a dentist but this is my 5th trip and 4 of them I entered smiling and I left smiling. The first one I entered terrified and left relieved. I don't think I would have been confident, comfortable or brave enough to have done this without them. If you need a good dentist that is good at what he does and fast and efficient go here.
