They proceeded to make me have the conversation in the lobby at the front desk, read my records out loud in the lobby, listing my conditions and medications and treatments, in front of numerous other patients. I told them that several times this was a privacy concern they ignored my request for a private space and continued talking about my medical care. When Charles Green came out and I informed him that they had denied me any form of privacy or HIPAA protections, he retaliated by making making false statements in my medical record and refusing to treat me.

I was referred by my PA to this urgent care clinic. Not my normal facility. They are open on…read moreSaturdays. My Dr made me an appointment since I had critical symptoms. He didn't want me taking a chance on just walk-in. My whole body was covered in a painful scarlet fever rash and my kidneys were shutting down. Puffy eyes, fever, cough, trouble swallowing and breathing. Our power was out for a week and it made me really sick. Front desk was friendly, checked me in quickly and I was seen by Adam immediately. Good thing as I have pneumonia, positive for strep throat and scarlet fever. Boy was I sick. Adam was great! He diagnosed me immediately and gave me a really strong antibiotic for 10 days. I was treated kindly and the nurse was so caring and thorough while documenting my symptoms. If not for this place I would have ended up in the ER and even could have died; but they got me through the weekend. Adam (who is friendly and approachable) is only at this location a few times a year and I am lucky I got to see him. If I weren't seen here so quickly I would have ended up in the ER. I couldn't even lift my head off the bed. Be careful going here as a lot of very sick people come here like me; so you can catch a bad illness. I know I was highly contagious, lol.
