A lovely woman checked me in immediately, then took me back to the waiting area. I only waited 5 minutes, and had the mammogram by a darling woman who was professional, efficient and kind. Then was taken to the area for the bone density test. Again, was seen quickly, the technician was terrific...asked if I had questions, and if I was comfortable. I was done and out in a hour and even though I go every year, they seemed exceptionally on top of their game today.

Getting an appointment is very easy and depending on the test they usually have you in within 2-7 days in my experience. Check in can be done via your phone and allows you to walk in and go right to your appointment without any hassle. Every single time I've been here I have been seen on time and in and out quickly. This is great because it won't take up a huge chunk of your day waiting around to be seen. Techs have always been nice ad friendly as well as the check in ladies. I see there are some bad reviews here and honestly just don't get it. The medical field can be difficult folks, especially nowadays. Lots of staff turn over and over worked staff as well. This is coming from a person who both works in the feild and is also a frequent patient. But I can tell you from a boatload of experience if I had to pick a place for my testing this would be it!

I came with my husband for a procedure he needed. It was easy to make an appointment…read more He had to wait in line first to give his ID and insurance cards. He was given a tablet to then fill out and correct paperwork. There were some major errors on it -- like saying he was female (!). After filling out and signing the various consent forms, he returned the tablet to the desk. Then waited to be called. He was called to one of the windows -- there are 7 -- to get his ids returned. Then back to waiting to be called for the procedure. The scan itself took no time at all. After the procedure, he had to get back in the first line to ask for the results disk that the doctor had wanted. Back to waiting -- they said 10 minutes. But it's been a lot longer.... Considering how many people they were serving, the whole experience didn't seem that long. They do appear to have a system and seem fairly organized. The wait for the disk has now been longer than the prep and the wait for the procedure!

The technician performing my scan was mechanical, lacking any personality. Scan completed and I had to stand in line to request a disc of my procedure and then at the desk I was told to have a seat and wait 10 to 15 minutes for a disc. (Waiting now ... if it is any longer I'll edit this review) Update ... my 10 - 15 minute wait turned into a 50 minute wait.

Starting with scheduling, Karen was very patient with me, fitting my busy work schedule with the testing schedule. Angelica greeted me nicely upon arrival, and sign-up was easy and short. I did not have to sit and wait. Right away, Narkeisha, the mammogram technician, came to pick me up explained the procedure to me regardless of my clinical background. Then, Natalia greeted me and was very professional for my ultrasound. The completion of both tests was under one hour. I did not experience any long wait. Great experience. This place is fantastic. I would highly recommend it for your no-delay testing. I am so glad I chose (ODC) and would highly recommend it to anyone.

At all four appointments we were called a couple days ahead to explain our copay, then sent reminders, at least twice, then taken ahead of schedule at each visit. Pretty impressive. My last appointment was for an MRI where I needed an IV to administer a dye. I have an emotional reaction to IV's where I often pass out. I told Claudia and Joe (the technicians). They handled it flawlessly. You could not even see a needle mark the next day. They thought it was no big deal. Believe me, it was.

This was at 6080 Boynton Beach Blvd. They called me just before I got back home and tried to make it look as though it was *my* fault for not complaining to them at the front desk before leaving. Wrong. There were people in line at the front desk, and I had already seen them shoo away other patients who tried to approach with questions after checking in. BOTTOM LINE: They're making way more appointments than they have the capacity to service. Also, there is no way to file a complaint by telephone with them. Call their number and you get the infamous "our menu options have changed" greeting, but none of those options involve feedback on their service (or lack thereof).

The line behind me quickly grew to the entire length of the rather large waiting room. I filled up my water bottle at the coffee counter. They have a nice water machine, but there were no paper towels or napkins in sight. We didn't wait long, and the folks who performed the x-ray were kind and fun with my kid. Thank you!
