Place is horrible. The technicians are bad. Every test is rushed without any quality assurance. It's just a mill turning patients. No quality to their ultrasounds. Ultrasounds are operator dependent ie if techs suck the pictures are useless. The doctors are old, should be retired, read X-rays from home, and the read and report quality is as poor as the technical staff. Also the front desk staff are burnt out and apathetic. Place is a money grab without any quality or care. Place was good until Tampa General bought out Dr. Goodwin years ago. TGH came to the east coast of Florida not to provide quality of care but to generate $$$$. Sad they failed at doing both together. read more

this biz needs to be fully inspected , making appts for women 5 to 8 mos away to get tested for cancers . Women, with y our paper work drive up to Jup Med Hos. Use their free valet parking, walk in and go to the front desk and you will be directed which way to go. and your appt will be made within weeks. Not my first choice. It takes alot of mental at home mental prep bf such a sensitive procedure. When I arrived for my scheduled appt the waiting room was not social distance and over crowded. Then the receptionist was not wearing a mask (heavy female with long wavy messy blond hair) She was rude and said I didn't have an appt for this day but another day that I had canceled. I told her that was definitely not the case bc my covid vaccine is that day and I wouldn't double schedule. Then she snapped well its at 130 and its 2. Im coming in for a very sensitive exam and I would've expected a more comforting sensitive person at the front of the office. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Palm Beach Radiology. I have been here a few times, this morning was the most recent visit. I had to have MRI's of both of my knees. Each knee took about a half hour. They turned Pandora on through the headphones and off to sleep I went. They printed the scans so I could bring them to my doctor. I also asked if they could email me a copy of the MRI report (because obviously I have to get a second option) I left their office at 8:15 am. They emailed me the full report at 9 am! The staff is friendly and kind. I highly recommend going out of your way to go to this office should you require an MRI. read more

The staff are professional, courteous and very efficient. The facility is state of the art, comfortable and clean. Last Thursday afternoon I called to confirm that several emails of mine mail to you with may news Social Security card had been received. The emails that I sent clearly stated "please confirm receipt". There was no confirmation at all. I did not know if the emails were received. I did not know if he Social Security cards have been received. The issue with me was, I had a new social security card, I just received and wanted to make sure that there was no difference in the cost of the procedure. The lady I talk to on the telephone the afternoon was very irate. I ask if the emails were receive she evaded the question. She said subsequently that, yes they have been received and that everything was fine. I ask why the emails have not been responded to as requested. I did not receive an answer. I asked if they had the "new" social security card that I had sent (twice). She would only say that everything was fine. The lady would not and made no effort to consultant the file to see (1) if the emails had been received, (2) why there had been no respond to my letters (3) that the new social security card has been received. It would have been a very easy matter to simply look at up in my file. This lady became irate and started yelling at me. I had to ask her very kindly to "please stop yelling". She again was irate and stated "She was not yelling ". In my opinion she was yelling. I asked to speak to supervisor. I was told by this lady that the supervisor had left at 2 o'clock. Apparently no one was running the office. Considering the in adequate information that I was able to confirm through emails and telephone call I feel it would be unwise for me to do an MRI with your company. If the business office cannot be managed in an effective way and speak to a customer with respect and dignity. Then I don't think this is the type of business that I should be trusting my medical health. I request who owns it and their address. I intend to send them a copy of this letter and if I cannot do that then I'll send a copy to yelp and I will send the copy to the Better Business Bureau. Medical care very serious business and the customers/Patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. When they have questions it is important to get those questions answered. Apparently that is not the philosophy being followed in this office and I will not trust my medical care to such an organization. RUN AWAY!!! Their billing department is incompetent. I had a sixty dollar charge for services not covered under my plan. I promptly sent them a check and they've yet to cash it. That was over a month ago. My girlfriend was in a horrific auto accident over five years ago. She was rear ended by someone doing 50 plus mph. Insurance companies and lawyers and now after five years PBR is demanding she pay almost $2700.00 for money not paid to them. Who does their books? BEST PLACE EVER! If you have to have a scan, ultrasound or radiology test of any type, I highly recommend Palm Beach Radiology. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Stickle 6 years ago when I was diagonosed with breast cancer, and he is now with Palm Beach Radiology. Everyone I met this morning for an ultrasound and bone density scan went out of their way to be professional, courteous, and most of all, kind. I will go here as long as I live in Florida. From the minute you walk in, until the minute you leave, this is by far the best place I have been. I had a MRI there and let me tell you the team there who do the MRI (Amanda and I think his name was Jason) were OUT OF THIS WORLD. Im 99% sure no one likes to be in a tight confined space with LOUD noises going off (the MRI machine) but they made it every bit less miserable. Jason explained everything to me and reassured me about the procedures. He was the next best thing to having a close friend or family with you. Amanda was kind and super friendly. I waited 30 min to meet with Dr. Goodwin and go over my results. Didn't feel rushed and he answered all of my question. I've also had a mammogram (the tech was ok, kinda blah personality) and I've also had an ultrasound (she was very nice). Overall, I highly recommend coming here! read more

Before scheduling my routine mammogram and sonogram, I verified that Palm Beach Radiology would be adhering to the PBC mask ordinance and CDC social distancing guidelines. They were not. One staff member was walking around the office without a mask. Women in their 80's were packed in like sardines in the dressing room. A small alternative seating area was offered, but there was a woman coughing who refused to wear a mask. I asked her politely, then notified staff who did nothing. I also spoke to the office manager about the over booked appointments, non-compliant CDC dressing area, and lack of adherence to PBC mask ordinance but all I got was "I'm sorry." The doctors however ARE social distancing. Every time I've visited, the Radiologist personally speaks with me after reading my slides. This time they are not meeting with patients with regular results because of social distancing. My hair salon was safer then Palm Beach Radiology. I'm appalled that they would put an elderly vulnerable population at risk in this way. read more

This was the easiest experience ever. For a potentially stressful situation the staff was able to put me at ease. When my PCP was out of the office I was able to literally just drop in and in less than 4 minutes I had a report and personalized cd burned. They were extremely helpful and very nice. I chose to go to Palm Beach Radiology because I have used their services in the past and had no issues; this time was different. I was sent to have an xray and was called a few days later by referring MD who reported my results were normal. I had shown my xray to a friend who is an MD in another stated because I was concerned about something on the film that just didn't look right. My MD friend agreed and told me to get a second opinion on the film. I wrote a nice short email to PB radiology with a picture attached with an arrow pointing to the area of concern and asked if the radiologist could double check; I received no reply email. Two days later I called the office and asked them to email me my typed report; she immediately did. I sent a reply email to her asking if the radiologist would double check it; again I received no reply. The next day I called and spoke to this person and asked her if she got my email, she said "oh, we cant do that." I explained that another MD saw concern and I would like a 2nd look, she stated "we are not going to do that; you can call your referring MD and have them call and talk to the radiologist." My referring doctor never even saw the film; they just read the typed report. When I looked at the typed reported I noticed the tech finished the xray at 4:25pm and the radiologist finalized and signed it at 4:26pm before I had even walked out the front door. That shows the radiologist spent 1 minute looking at a fairly large portion of my body. As a paying patient, I have rights when I am receiving a medical service. How hard would it have been to have a radiologist there double check; another 1 minute? Since when cant clients ask questions regarding their health? Sometimes doctors just need to humble themselves and have empathy; why get into the medical field if you're not going to care. I have been a advocate for my health due to a past serious medical error; it is very important for me to always make sure nothing is being overlooked, especially when I know something is not right; who knows your own body better than you? As clients we deserve better care, better services, and more rights into our own healthcare than what we are being given. I will never return to Palm Beach Radiologist for any services. I now have to get a MRI, which could be completely unnecessary, because no one will double check the xray. read more

I can't say enough about palm beach radiology , I am new to the Florida area and had to get a mammogram last year. I didn't know any better and went to Jupiter medical center...........WHAT A DISASTER! they offer free mammograms every October for breast cancer awareness month, it's a total scam........I ended up spending a lot of money even though I brought my films from my previous mammograms they called me back 2x , got the wrong breast that they called me back on.....scared the shit out of me, just to later tell me I was fine....in my opinion they were trying to get the money back from the free mammogram. Not to mention how the technician really made the whole experience painful & uncomfortable. This time I made an appointment at Palm beach radiology, it was like night and day, So professional from the "new" patient check in to the mommographer. I normally wouldn't take the time to write this review , but to all you women or men reading this it's always nerve racking to have to go in the first place, this place at least makes you feel comfortable, and didn't keep you waiting. keep up the good work! read more

Concerned about the Patient and Cost Efficient. I left another radiology practice owned by a for-profit hospital system because it seemed they were all about the profit, and not me as a patient and person. I had to have a fine needle biopsy, which turned out to be positive. However, Dr. Goodwin is highly skilled and I trusted him to get the biopsy done. I recently changed gyns because they tried to get me to use their service instead of Palm Beach Radiology. It's all about patient choice and I choose Palm Beach Radiology. read more

My exam was on time and my doctor had my report by the time I returned to his office. I hope that I do need any exams in the future but if I do I will be returning to Palm beach Radiology. read more

This is my first time to leave a review on Yelp, so that should say something. This place is amazing! Nobody enjoys these types of tests, espeically the one I had (breast MRI). I was nervous and shaking and with my tiny veins, it always requires a couple of sticks...but my techs were so compassionate. They also took the time to graciously walk me through every step of what was about to take place. But honestly, the worst part of any test is having to WAIT for the results. And I think this is what sets this facility apart. You get your results right away. There is a radiologist that immediately reads your scans and personally explains your results. I've only been here twice, but each time the doctor has been amazing. So kind and understanding. I've had my fair share of tests in my life. Actually, I think I've been in every ER in Palm Beach County, and I can tell you this is the best facility as far as care, cleanliness, and with a minimal wait time.
