What made the situation even worse was that instead of resolving the issue, their representatives attempted to discuss changing pricing and selling additional services while their equipment continued occupying private property without authorization. Completely tone deaf and unprofessional. As a business owner, I understand mistakes happen -- but ignoring formal notices and trying to upsell a customer instead of correcting the problem is unacceptable. Communication, accountability, and respect for private property should be basic expectations. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Over five years, our commercial dumpster service increased from $78.76/month to $181.48 for the exact same service, while reliability declined. We dealt with missed pickups, repeated billing errors (including being charged for another business's container despite photo evidence), and hours lost to ineffective customer service. They even locked us into a contract renewal that we were unaware of and were forced to stick with WM for longer than we wanted even before this recent termination. When WM issued a price increase that required consent, we exercised our contractual right to terminate. WM then delayed removing their container for over seven weeks, despite their own contract requiring removal within days. During that delay, they continued billing, added late fees, and issued a "final" invoice including a $325 removal fee plus surcharges. WM claims container removal is an "additional service." It is not. Removal after termination is their contractual obligation. These charges only exist because WM failed to act on time. Their responses were boilerplate and refused to address missed deadlines or post-termination billing. This appears to be a systemic, bad-faith business model. Strongly recommend using smaller, local providers instead. They are more transparent, more affordable, and far more ethical.

Not only is this town big on their breweries (there are seriously so many unique, tasty ones here! Tour them! Try them all!), they have a ton of places for outdoor adventures. Horsetooth Reservoir is RIGHT there, and throughout the entire town there are separate trails that cross with other trails. My personal favorite is the Spring Creek Trail. Perfect for bike riding, running, or walking. There are volleyball and tennis courts along the trail, along with picnic spots, grills, community centers. If I lived here, I'd be biking everywhere. You could easily never need a car here. There are also very close options for river rafting, and kayaking (Which we've done in previous visits). Fort Collins has a perfect small-college-town vibe, and I would have LOVED to go to CSU. The downtown area is so walkable, and the food is amazing, the cafes are adorable, the art is fun. As soon as you set foot in FoCo, you can feel how much locals love their town. This place is an utter gem, and so close to my heart.

The house itself is stunning; having been beautifully restored to Victorian splendour, it's charmingly reflective of the way its former residents would have lived. But it's the docents who are the real stars here - they're a group of incredibly passionate, lovely people who take every group of visitors around to introduce them personally to both Avery House, and the history of Fort Collins as a city. We especially enjoyed being able to explore and ask questions about all the small details in the house, from the furnishings to the lifestyles and stories behind every item. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone living in, visiting or passing through Fort Collins for how it lets you take a great look at one of the most interesting portions of the city's past.

There is one login to view your bill, another login to pay your bill, you cannot schedule in advance, and you cannot pay by credit card. I recently experienced bank fraud about a week before my bill was due. I was current, owing roughly $60. I ignored it, thinking 'I'll just pay it with my next bill.' Turns out, they had moved my next bill's due date up 2 weeks without notifying me. So, next thing I know, I have a delinquent notice on my door and they have assessed me $20. I was 21 days late at this point and being charged a 30% late fee. I talked with 3 employees, none of whom seemed the late fee was excessive given the days late and balance. Nor did they think they had any way to notify individuals that their due date was moved up.

We scheduled the work, they came and did it at the price quoted, and were super friendly. Presto, problem sorted. After a couple of poor experiences in the past with other Fly by Night plumbers who were Nobody's Hero, it was nice to have it done quickly with a professional crew.
