Had great visits with both, Dr. Williams is very kind and paintent and great man and his technician Jazzel is a sweetheart and does a great job. The most recent time I was in town, I had to see Dr. Haney because Dr. Williams was out of the office and since I live out of town now, I have to see whoever I can when I'm there. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Haney as well. He is genuinely nice and funny and did a great job with our eye exams. Another great doctor at Broome.

I had regular pair made and sunglasses made, the regular pair to be ready in 2 hours for pick up, sunglasses had to be sent off to lab and was promised by no later than Saturday, that didn't happen, didn't get them til Monday. The Regular glasses was to strong but was advised to wear them a couple weeks.. when got sunglasses from lab I could see far off but not bi-focal. I returned both glasses, the girl said oh, they weren't fitted right, (their mistake) I needed to see eye doctor again (there doctor) had to return for an appt and was told then prescription was different even tho they checked my eyes initially for this prescription! They then said didn't have my lenses so would have to send to lab and it will be another week. I was told however my sunglasses could be fixed on site and I could pick them up on Monday! Lie, they also were sent to the lab and wouldn't be in until end of week! Received both pair of glasses and trying to adjust to them and new prescription, and broke earpiece on $175 frame for which I am told I could pick out another frame at my cost because it could not be repaired ! I'm furious, I paid more for these glasses than I have ever paid in wearing glasses for 60 years to the tune of nearly $700 and have had nothing but trouble since day one! I'm still not convinced the prescription is correct for which I will be seeing another doctor to confirm.

After the drive home I couldn't see clearly out of my right eye. I came back next day and waiting over 45 minutes i finally got to talk to Maleah about it, and instead of checking the prescription or making sure the lenses were correct, she brushed it off and told me that I just needed time to adjust. The problem with that excuse is my prescription DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE, so there was nothing to "adjust" to. Why didn't the guy in the beginning tell me like she did, they won't check your eyes for another week, keep in mind I asked to check the lens not my eyes. On top of that, I was charged more than what I was originally told online and in person. The prices I was quoted didn't match what I ended up paying, which only added to the frustration. $50 extra. The whole experience left me feeling like my concerns didn't matter. When a customer says they can't see out of their new glasses, the last thing they should be told is to just give it time without anyone even verifying that the prescription is correct. I left upset, ignored, overcharged, and she wouldn't refund me the full amount. Save your money, time, and energy. Awful service, company, and attitude.

I've been wearing glasses for 31 years and contacts for 26, and I've never had to pay that much for a fitting before. So, I said no thanks and asked for my prescription back. They even tried to tell me they didn't have it on file, but I had to grab it myself before leaving. And to top it off, they try to make everyone pay for retinal imaging, which feels like a rip-off. Then, earlier today, my husband had his eye exam and was checking out glasses. They wanted to tack on an extra $100 for some special lenses and stuff, but we had to pass because it wasn't payday yet. But when I went to pay for my own stuff, I overheard them talking trash about us not buying their expensive glasses! It's frustrating that they seem more interested in making money than treating customers right. They should be upfront about their prices so people can make informed choices. I'm also planning to let our insurance company know about how they're treating their members. I'm definitely not going back there or dealing with that company again.
