I…read moredon't even live in Amarillo anymore, but still prefer to use them for my eye care when in town seeing family. I have seen Dr. Beddow who has retired now and Dr. Williams. Had great visits with both, Dr. Williams is very kind and paintent and great man and his technician Jazzel is a sweetheart and does a great job. The most recent time I was in town, I had to see Dr. Haney because Dr. Williams was out of the office and since I live out of town now, I have to see whoever I can when I'm there. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Haney as well. He is genuinely nice and funny and did a great job with our eye exams. Another great doctor at Broome.

On a Friday morning, I called and spoke to a staff member (I believe his name was Kevin). I told him clearly, more than once, please do not send my glasses prescription, I need my contacts prescription, this is urgent. I had lost my glasses and needed contacts so I could drive safely and make it to work. Despite that, he sent the wrong prescription anyway. Afterward, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. The phones went to voicemail, I left messages, and I called multiple times with no response. I was left all weekend unable to see, unable to drive, unable to work, and unable to provide for my child all because of one simple mistake. When I finally did get through, the same staff member admitted what he had done wrong but still didn't offer me any kind of help, not even trial lenses to get me through. For a place that handles prescriptions every day, this should have been an easy request, and instead it left me stranded. I appreciate the doctor and most of the staff, but this was unacceptable. I was clear about what I needed, and it wasn't taken seriously. That mistake had a big impact on my weekend and my ability to work and provide.

In the last year I had a bad fall face first in some gravel. My lenses were terribly scratched. Eyemart Express ordered my new lenses with no problems. I was able to wear my second pair while I waited. The new lenses arrived quickly and they were perfect. Just last week one of the nose pieces broke off. I had selected Ray Ban glasses and they were not cheap. I went to the store where they verified that I was within the year warranty and they quickly replaced my frames. I don't think I was there more than fifteen minutes. I was so wrong about this store when I first posted a review. They have stood behind their products and their service is exemplary.
