I actually haven't visited this office yet, but I plan to in the future. I called to get some information on a type of eye therapy, and was surprisingly transferred right to the doctor. He took a lot of time to answer my questions, and although he doesn't offer the treatment I was looking into anymore, he offered to research and find a doctor that did. After avoiding eye doctors for many years I went in for an eye exam. The experience was very positive, from the staff that welcomed me there to Dr. Jones. During the exam he made recommendations that would help in improving the health of my eyes. He was genuinely concerned about what was in my best interest as his patient and not about trying to just sell me something "better." Dr Jones was wonderful!! I had to contact him after hours and he responded immediately and even offered to go in after hours to take care of my issue. I chose to wait but the fact he was so willing was amazing!! I saw him the next moring and was able to help remove a piece of debris from my eye that was causing MAJOR discomfort. We've been going to Dr Jones for several years and I love how great he is with me and my kids. He and his staff treat you more like family than patients. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. You have to go and check out their Maui Jims. My wife got a pair last year and this year I treated myself to a pair. Just had an fantastic first visit with Dr Jones office today. I have never needed glasses before and really wasn't sure what to expect. The staff are unbelievably friendly!!!! The whole staff is awesome to work with and are willing to take the time to explain everything to you. We have even taken a 2 yr old little girl in there to have her eyes checked out. After a little while she was unwilling to have her eyes looked at, but Dr. Jones was really patient with her and after some coaxing and finger puppets she finally trusted him. read more
