I want to be stretched out -- NOT 10 seconds of therapy and 9.5 minutes of holding my body part in the air. I can only imagine what they're charging my insurance co. In the past I've been treated for 2 ruptured discs, tennis elbow, a torn meniscus and surgery of my left knee, a torn hamstring, plantar fasciitis and a torn gluteal muscle. I'm currently recovering from a rotator cuff restoration and, as always, couldn't be happier with my progress. One of the great things about Somers AON is the educational experience. I will be honest, I felt chiropractors were charlatans, just taking your money for some back voodoo. I WAS SO WRONG! Fernando Solis, Dr of PT and their Director, developed and took me through the rehab to get me back skiing asap. Every session began with Fernando assessing my healing progress, then adopting new exercises accordingly. In addition, he identified holes in my training routine (which contributed to my injury). It can be fast paced for me but there is a very specific routine to get the most out of it and there is excellent guidance/modifications if needed.
