Regarding the neck pillow you described as "herbal," it did not have a pleasant or herbal scent like Zheng Gu Shui or Ling Nam. It smelled damp, as if it had been left in the washing machine without being properly dried. I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy time. However, professionalism and courteous communication are especially important during peak times. If you hope to retain current and future customers, I believe improving in these areas would make a meaningful difference.
