Ok never thought I would review a chiropractor but here I am. I just moved out to Naperville from Minnesota with my husband and to be honest I have been kind of bored and looking for something social. I originally heard about this place for Zumba classes from my husband's colleague. Well I showed up an hour early on accident and ended up in a nice conversation with Dr. Esmail one of the chiropractors there. Of course what do you talk to a chiropractor for other than back/neck aches etc. Well she told me to hop up on her table and she would check me out and since I was there for Zumba she said she would take extra good care of me! She got to work on my neck and MY GOODNESS it felt good!!! no neck pains at all this week thus far...cross your fingers! So after an hour I was waiting for the Zumba instructor to arrive and, I couldnt believe but Dr. Esmail (who transformed into Nadia) walked out of her office in these cute little Zumba pants....SHE WAS THE ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR! I laughed so hard and couldn't believe it but now I know why she "hooked it up" since I was there for Zumba. The class was excellent!!!! No one is a pro in there (besides the chiropractor, shes has got some moves on her) so all the girls have a really really good time. I have made some great friends in there and i dont miss a single class. If you do read this Dr Esmail, I should be giving you 4 stars because you dont do the class enough but I think you are great anyways. See you Tuesday! I have been seeing Dr.Esmail and Dr.Ro for the past 10 months. I was very skeptical of chiropractors at first. After seeing Dr.Esmail and Dr.Ro I have a change of heart. They are very holistic in their approach and are very gentle in their approach to guiding a patient to optimal well being. I was physically in a very unhappy place and had a lot of back and neck issues. These doctors helped me by using a variety of Techniques like accupuncture ,manipulation ,massage and vitamin therapy . This got some of my vitality back and it prompted me to take charge of my well being and I got referred to others in their field who helped me in my journey. I have lost 15 pounds and feel a lot more life and energy in my body. I see the results of their efforts and am motivated to keep going. I was most impressed when I was referred to other chiropractors to solve some of the issues I had. This is what I call patient centered treatment . I am not inhibited in my pursuit to wellness because they are my partners in this journey. I have been referred to physical therapists by Dr. Ro and Dr.Esmail sent me to get my x rays and found issues with my spine which hurt for years. She also does teach you how to manage your condition with yoga exercise and vitamins. Both the doctors do excellent manipulations and relieve the body of tightness ans soreness. Before I saw Dr. Nadia Esmail, I was stiff as a rock....no flexibility. After 5 treatments, I can almost touch my toes. I received both neck and back adjustments to not only loosen me up but to straighten me out. Before, I would look in the mirror and one shoulder was higher than the other...now they are equal as they were when I was born. At nearly 60 years old, I can sprint again almost like a teenager. I even play basketball and jump almost like a teenager. Dr. Roe, Dr. Esmail's partner, taped my knees in a unique way with Rock Tape, to minimize the impact of the pounding the knees are exposed to during basketball. Finally, if your muscles become very sore after exercising, ask Dr. Nadia Esmail to pull out Thumper. Thumper is a wonderful machine with the ability to massage your sore muscles while loosening them up....making them more flexible while lessening the ability for tears such as in an Achilles Tendon. I decided to see a Chiropractor after Bulls star Derrick Rose admitted he had been seeing one who fully cured his back after a few sessions. Once I saw him fly about a foot above the rim and dunk I knew the Chiropractor had completely revived him. Before coming into see Dr. Nadia i had lower back pain and sciatica pains that ran down my right leg and i wasn't sure how to treat this pain. Feb. 28 2013 was my first visit and since then my lower back pain has now gone away and sciatica has improved immensely! So far my biggest accomplishment is overcoming the myth that chiropractors practice "voodoo" medicine. The main things that contributed to my success is continued treatments by Dr. Nadia even though at times it seemed to not help initially. Also i found that if you get a massage along with your adjustment it really helps to aid in the healing process. Michelle is a wonderful therapist and really takes her time with each client and makes sure every need is met. my suggestion is to listen to Dr. Nadia and follow her treatment plan. Also make sure to get massages! It not only feels good but it will help you to heal faster and keep your pain levels down! I was at the grand opening of this chiropractic office. The office was easy to find, welcoming, clean, and organized. The office also offers nutritional assessments and digestive enzymes. These services made the office a "one-stop shop" for health needs. I got an adjustment from Dr. Esmail while I was there. The adjustment was quick and painless and my back and neck felt amazing afterward. I'd absolutely recommend the office to anyone who needs an adjustment. Finally, I participated in my first Zumba class while I was there. I had always wanted to try Zumba but was a bit intimidated by the classes I've seen. If you are looking for a great Chiropractor in the Naperville area, Dr. Nadia is by far the best choice. I called her out of the blue one day while in severe back pain, and she was able to fit me in the next day. Throughout the year that I saw her, she consistently was able to fit me in, even when i gave her very short notice. She is the only chiro that i have been to that was consistently able to adjust me and cure my pain every time. She is not only knowledgeable in her field but she has the greatest bedside manner I've ever experienced with a chiropractor. I suffer from MS and many other maladies. I have thinking about seeing a Chiropractor for the many MS related ailments such as back pain, neck stiffness, and weakness in legs for several years.
