Life is better when you are aligned! We were referred to Dr. Ginsberg by a family friend. I wanted a second opinion on whether it was necessary for my little one to use the DOC band. On the day of evaluation staff greeted us upon arrival, gave us forms to fill out and let us know what to expect during the appointment. The staff was very helpful, kind, and friendly answered questions we had. I learned so much on the initial visit. I was not aware infant and children could also be treated by the chiropractor and the benefits it provided for overall health. Dr.Ginsberg was great with our little one. Our little one was all smiles with doctor. During the evaluation doctor did an amazing job addressing the issue and explaining treatment. He definitely made us feel better about coming to get a second opinion and eased our nerves. I can't wait to see the progress my little one makes through out the treatment. We were so impressed with the visit that we also made appointments to get evaluated ourselves. I'm glad we decided to come see Dr. Ginsberg because he is compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive. Updated review: Dr. Ginsberg was my first chiropractor and I honestly miss the attention to detail and care he gave his patients. I moved from the area and have not seen him in a year. My family and I have been going to Dr. G. and his office for 8 years now. When I first started seeing Dr. G. I was very skeptical of chiropractors but Dr. G. has made me a believer. I have gone through some injuries at work with a herniated disc and the physical therapist I saw was nice but the help I received from Dr. G. was what really got me back to my normal routine. My wife had gotten help with numbness and with assistance from her normal wear and tear of work. My children have seen him since their birth and he has gotten them through normal issues that arise for children by using a more natural approach. I read the review from Kenny F and I couldn't disagree more. There have been times where there was a wait but nothing close to even 30 minutes and usually that's when they fit me in when I am not schedule. The only reason there is a wait is because he had so many patients which to me speaks volumes about their office since so many people continually come back in. My only complaint is that I wish his office was closer to my home. read more

I was a member of their massage club. I paid a flat fee to join and then was billed a fair monthly rate which was fine until a few short months later I was informed that my monthly fee was increasing 23% with no explanation or reason given. I think a 23% increase after a few months is ridiculous. The therapists are very nice but it seems the ownership is more concerned with separating people from their money than anything else. Trust me, you can find a better place that is interested in more than just your wallet. read more

I've been visiting Dr. Ginsberg on and off for over 4 years now. I must say that I have noticed actual results. I was suffering from severe lower-back pain at age 24 while still in college. I had horrible health insurance through my school at the time, so I went to my campus health services office and they just took some x-rays while having me lay as flat as I could on a metal table, then they put a needle in my back of cortizone and sent me on my way. While the back pain eventually subsided with a daily routine of icing it, I knew it was a temporary fix. My boyfriend recommended I see Dr. Ginsberg when he first heard about my lower back story, and as painful as it was, I got in there to see him and paid full-price out of pocket. WORTH IT! The x-rays he did were all done standing up so no painful getting up on a flat surface and being forced to lay flat. He treated me like a patient and gave me plenty of attention. His office staff are all very friendly and helpful and although they may not always remember you by name, you can tell they recognize your face. The only reason I gave Ginsberg Chiropractic 4 stars is because when I go in there, often times, the staff have one of their kids in there and they just walk up to you and stare at you as if they were a cat. I just find that annoying and I want to be able to go in there and unwind. But it's a very kid-friendly environment too, so if you have kids, it's a great place to go and they have a little play area with toys. He also specializes in child chiropractic. Dr. G always puts me back together after my gym injuries! I wouldn't trust my spine to anyone else. The masseuses are top notch, and good at what they do. This is NOT a Heavenly Massage or Massage Envy massage. Those places are kind of a joke when it comes to deep tissue massages. I will NEVER go anywhere else for a massage! read more

Gingberg chiropractic was not a good fit for me. They run the place like a cattle call. Four or so people sit on chairs waiting for Dr. GINGBERG to see you and have their necks cracked. Then you move over to the tables to have your back cracked. Each person has the same thing done as far as i could see. The office area, seating/waiting area are all in one big room. There is no privacy what so every. You can hear every grunt and Crack from each patient. This was not my idea of seeing other people in pain, or others to hear my medical situation. Isn't that against the HIPA law? I thought so. I felt Dr. GINGBERG to be money hungry with the amount of people he saw at once. The phone solicitations became very annoying. I felt it was very rude to be receiving cold calls on a Friday evening when most people would be having dinner. I was on vacation in Denver. Yup, solicitation from Gingberg chiropractic. Reminding I haven't been in a while. I never went back. I did get a rude personal text a month later, stating "when your back hurts again, ect....." I continue to get solicitation from his office at least once a month. Uggggg. The one plus I did love from his office where the physical therapist that were very friendly, gentle and professional. They get my star. And applaud them. Since a year ago. I do yoga, meditation and my back feels perfect. read more

I'm a photographer and during my busy season I see Dr. Ginsberg once a week. I recently had a knee injury and the orthopedic surgeon recommended physical therapy. Dr. Ginsberg and his team were able to provide top notch physical therapy, exercises and massage which enabled me build up the muscles around my injury and get me back to my active life! I'm really sorry to write this review as my own mother had referred me to the doctor, but any new potential patients please beware and please do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere! You will find better service at the Jewel deli counter. Here are the highlights of incompetency: First, when I set my appointment over the phone, I told them that I was flexible as to when I could come (realizing many offices have long waits) and they assured me that there would be minimal wait at 4pm. I showed up about 5 minutes early and I was not seen by the doctor until 90 minutes later. I went back for my second visit a few days later, and after waiting for several minutes, vowed to never return (shame on me). But, sure enough I received a bill today from their office with a remaining overdue balance greater than 120 days old (yet, the first notice provided). I called in and spoke with multiple people at the office, who were condescending towards me and told me at the time of the visit I did not have insurance. Preposterous, as I've had the same job for over 2 years. I informed them that they must've made a mistake as my insurance has not changed. They told me that they made a copy of my insurance card and to call my insurance. 30 minutes later, I called them back with my insurance company representative on the line, and after some more back and forth, they recognized that they input the wrong member ID for billing purposes. No apology was provided, and here I am. What a disaster. Please stop sending me your marketing material, I will never return. read more

My husband and I have been coming here since 2009 and we love it. The staff and therapists are friendly, and the Drs Ginsberg and Spadofino are so conversational and great at what they do. We always feel much better after a visit and now we bring our toddler for adjustments as well. We are a healthy family and rarely need to visit a doctor for our health; regular adjustments and massage must be the key factor! read more

Went in with hip and back pain where it was hard to fall asleep at night and certain activities were limited. Dr Ginsberg properly diagnosed and treated the problem :) Never felt better. Now I am able sleep and exercise without pain!!! My 14 year old daughter plays tennis and she periodically gets adjusted which has really helped with her game and her posture. Dr. Ginsberg was the third Chiropractor I have seen. My first two had moved. He was highly recommended from one of my friends. I came in with ongoing neck pain and now I no longer have any issues. I come back every two weeks for some neck maintenance (I am constantly on a computer at work so my neck takes a beating). I am also a runner and Dr. Ginsberg being a runner himself has helped me improve as a runner and has given me valuable advice and exercises to do. The massage therapists on staff are top notch and will work out any kinks or issues you have. I highly recommend this place and you will feel better after receiving treatment from them. read more

I was having severe back pain with trouble sleeping and just doing everyday tasks. I have never been to a chiropractic Dr. before and as my pain grew worse and almost crippling, I decided to try Dr. Ginsberg, although the visits where a bit painful at first and not something I looked forward to, I continued to go for treatments and found the results miraculous. I can't express enough how happy i am to feel so good again. Dr. Ginsberg has changed my outlook on chiropractic and the staff is friendly and very good at what they do. I started my treatments the end of Oct. and by the end of Nov. was feeling like I used to painless! Massages are superb! From dreading even getting out of bed to ready to dance ,don't think I need to say anymore except that if you are having back problems I highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg he literally gave me my mobility back which to me is like getting my life back. I have been seeing Dr. Ginsberg for about six months now. When I started I had tremendous neck pain radiating down into my arm. Couldn't get a good night's sleep or sit for periods without it really being bothersome. Now I am pain free and back to all normal activities. It's amazing! I heard about Dr. Ginsberg from a lady I met at one of my daughters classes and I thank her every time I see her. My son suffered from torticollis and brachycephaly "flat head". He was behind sitting up and rolling because of this and I was beginning to get very worried because he was in physical therapy for over two months with very little progress. I was very nervous bringing my 6 month old baby in for treatment, but I am so glad I did. He received cranial massage and a some adjustments. I have been taking him there for less than a month and he is sitting, rolling, and trying to stand and has no tilt in his neck anymore.Words just cannot describe how grateful I am to Dr. Ginsberg for helping him. His staff have been really great too. They are very understanding when I need to change appointment times do to the baby and his nap schedule and my older daughter loves going there to play with the toys while she waits. read more
