I did not have the physical license on me but tried to show the clerk my iPhone Wallet digital version of my Georgia drivers license which is legally valid in this state but was not accepted my FedEx according to Corporate policy. I walked out and took my business to UPS who is now delivering my package. By this review I hope to get the attention of FedEx Corporate to review this nonsensical policy. Why is a legally viable digital drivers license not acceptable in FedEx branches?

Office Depot came through with the exact ones that I wanted because of their larger size. This Office Depot location is in a large shopping center. All of the businesses share a very large and free parking lot, and parking spaces are always easy to find. When I walked into the Office Depot store, I didn't see any employees at any of the registers at the front, nor did I see any in the Customer Service area. Lucky for me, the signage at the end of every aisle was accurate. When I saw the "Labels" sign, I quickly found the name tags. As I was walking toward the front of the store, an employee saw me and asked if I was finding everything alright, which was a great thing. As I got closer to the front of the store, I was confused as to which area I was supposed to go to to pay for the name tags. An employee in the Customer Service area asked me if I was ready to check out, and did so efficiently. The only issue that I have with this store is that the check out area where I was supposed to go is confusing. The store is clean and organized. Merchandise in all of the aisles, except for the ones against the walls, are easily in reach for most people.

The next day, I received a call from them and they said the touchscreen and the printer was working fine for them and they didn't have to do any repairs to it. How strange!!
