I work in the Quail Lakes Professional Building and Advanced IPM handles all of our outside pest issues spraying for spiders and wasps and so forth. I had noticed a couple dead roaches outside of my store and made a mental note to speak with the company the next time they came out. I approached a young man on his last visit, his name was Jonathan Miranda, and he was very nice and offered to come in and check on the issue. He looked around and said that everything looked great but for my piece of mind he laid out these sticky traps and some bait. He didn't have to do this but I was very grateful. Advanced IPM confirmed my suspicion that they actually are a great company to work with. After our initial 5 day period they reached out to say that they were committed to helping us with our pest problem and continued to service the trap until the raccoon was dealt with and then even helped close the vent gap up where it had gotten in. Based on all my interactions with the folks at the company I would highly recommend them now if you have any pest issues, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we have the need for their services. Back in 2011 we were forced to move from our home, and we found a 3 bedroom with really low rent. The only problem with the house was that it clearly had a roach infestation. Advanced had been our pest control at work for years, so I hired them to spray the house before we moved in. The tech Chris Musser did an awesome job, and we were able to move in free of any pest. I think he came on two separate occasions and whatever he used we never had a roach problem for the time we lived there.
