Never happens. They harass you to pay for their season packages and state a date they will be out and never show up or communicate that they cannot come out on the scheduled date. Then when you call - no answer - they send you a text stating how may we help you? I stayed because of their Technician Jermaine. But that is not enough at this point. I have never dealt with a company who takes your money, does not answer the phone or deliver the service you paid for. If you want quality service do not go with them. This place is not the same and it is terrible. The owners prior were professional, responsive, came out immediately and cared. They have taken over this company to get everyone's money up front and then send people out when they feel like it. They do not value their customers at all. It's a shame they have ruined this company's good name. They deserve a zero.
