I contacted Wayne Door Sales in Ohio, hoping they worked in the tri-state area, and they did! One the initial call I explained what was damaged to a very pleasant lady Jeanie. She asked that I take a send a few photos so they could access the damage. I was shocked when she called back within 10 minutes and said they could have someone out the same afternoon. I agreed and was told someone would contact me before driving out. In less than 5 minutes I was contacted by a repair person who said they were on their way and would be here in 30 minutes. Andrew who fixed my doors was more than just a labor, he is an extremely knowledgeable technician . This young gentleman explained everything he would be doing in detail. I had a broken piece that was not noticed until the cables were taken off. Andrew gave me another updated option that would work--AND save me over 100$. That's the only positive thing that I can say about my…read morerecent windshield replacement: Sub-par work with no attention to detail: the rubber strip which goes behind the windshield was put on unevenly, flush with the roof on the driver side, sticking up on the passenger side. I was told that "that's just for looks" which doesn't at all mitigate it not being lined up uniformly. Also, the strip didn't extend around the corner of the windshield on the passenger side. I had to go back the next day to point these things out - in addition to an improperly-placed rear view mirror which had an air bubble and gel showing from the outside. They tried to put it back on properly, then I heard the guy yelling about how he can't get it to work right (which is what you want to hear while sitting there waiting for work on your car to be done). He also just stuck some sort of sticky black material in the corner of the windshield, and told me that the (uneven) rubber strip should "settle down after a while". For good measure, I also noticed a new scratch on my driver side front fender when I got home. Will not take either of my cars to them in the future.
