Outstanding. My understanding of the organization is that it was started 50 years ago by Mr. D'amico, who has since passed on, and is now run by his daughter and her husband, the Duvalls (Devall? something like that). Mrs. Devall answers the phone and is super nice and helpful. Mr. Devall (Ron) is the one who comes around and fixes the locks. I called and chatted with Mrs. Devall, who was delightful. Her husband came to my house within a few hours, didn't mind the screaming baby or that the cats were crawling all over him and his tools, and worked fast and efficiently. I was not able to use D'Amico's services as they were closed and I was time restricted BUT the representative on the phone was extremely help and even gave me the phone numbers of alternative service providers that she felt could be immediately helpful! These guys are the BEST. Honest, hard-working, fair priced, and focused on their bottom line: your safety & security. Called to have my locks changed on my new house and spoke to a very nice & personable woman. She told me her husband Ron would call me back to set up a time to come the following day. He did just that and came exactly when he said he would (a rarity these days). Ron rekeyed 8 locks in a little over an hour and redrilled (for free) two deadbolt holes so they would fully engage (I had no idea!). Super duper respectful and nice guy, totally felt at ease with him there even though I was home alone with three little ones under 4. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend! read more

Was not impressed. When he came to our home, before even saying hello took out our front door lock, then checked the other doors in the home. When we said we did not want to buy new locks/door knobs from him he could not get the front door lock back in the door. He stripped the screws in the old lock thus making the door non-working and still charged a service fee. read more
