When I got there, Jen had a quick paper for me to fill out regarding massage and overall medical history/issues. She took me right back and the hour flew by before I knew it. I immediately felt a difference in my back and shoulders from the tense knot they came in as to the much improved unknotted forms. She did warn me that I would probably be sore for about 48 hrs after and I am starting to feel the effects of that a bit. But it definitely wouldn't stop me from returning!

I used to always get a two hour massage from her but in the past year she started doing back walking on me and it is an amazing way to get everything loose, followed by a deep tissue massage and stretching, it's such a great experience! I do 90 minutes every time now. It's perfect! My wife goes there and loves her I also send my mother there who is a professional massage therapist and loves her!
