Only I can use them even though they are already paid for!!! I was not made aware of this but remind to to look at the very, very fine print. So, logically, I requested to cancel the freeze so I can transfer the account but this can't be done either until another 2 months. Freezes last three months!! So massage envy is profiting 3-4 months of credits that are not under my control as well as another $60 that I cannot cancel that they also control. This is outrageous. It is one big room with individual sections separated out by curtains. Even though it was all open essentially, it was still pretty quiet.
