You caused serious harm not only to me, but to your own client by handling negotiations in bad faith. You delivered a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) to me--and possibly even to your client--at 11:00 PM the night before a 9:00 AM trial, followed by a bait-and-switch renegotiation minutes before court. That strategy didn't just waste my time--it wasted your client's time, the court's time, and most of all, made her fly across the country from California for nothing. If that's your idea of advocacy, it's a dangerous one--because it isn't just about legal games. It has real consequences for real people. Your client unlawfully relocated our children in 2022, separating them from their father, their siblings, and their extended family. You knew this. You were told directly. Yet you chose not to address it--not once in your filings. Instead, you focused your efforts on my assets, as if property mattered more than parenting. You call this "aggressive representation." But what you've done is enable a long, drawn-out custody and divorce battle--one that still hasn't ended three years later, and one that has inflicted irreversible emotional harm on these children. When children grow up alienated from a loving parent, everyone loses--especially the parent who thought their attorney was protecting them. When the effects of that alienation fully manifest, and when accountability finally comes due, your misplaced advocacy will not only have harmed me--it will have failed the very person you claim to serve. Lastly, to the public: calling the number in Mr. Colón's reply thinking you'll get "aggressive representation" may be a grave mistake. If your case involves children, integrity, or your future peace of mind, I strongly urge you to seek an attorney who knows the difference between fighting and destroying. DOITALLGRAPHICS COMPLAINT…read more I have a very unpleasant task. To warn friends & neighbors about a local business: Ted Jaczuk of Do It All Graphics. Web site: https://doitallgraphics.com/home. On 4/26/24 I instructed him to proceed with his proposal to provide 5000 sheets of 100# matte perforated golf scorecards. On that day I paid an $85 printer setup charge for which I was to receive software for future orders. I have not received this software. Jaczuk emailed that proofs would be ready by 5/6/24. On 5/15 Jaczuk emailed that he was running late because 'broke his ankle' and would 'call when the stock was ready'. On 5/20, I (stupidly) paid a $492 invoice for 50% of the contract price. On 5/28 Jaczuk invoiced me for the remaining $492. Many, many emails & phone messages to Jaczuk were sent. Unanswered. Then, on 5/28 a phone call from him stating the product would be available on 6/6/24. On 6/5/24 I receive an 'overdue' invoice for the remaining $492. On 6/17/24 Jaczuk advised the product was ready. He delivered the forms to my home & wanted full payment. I insisted that I run them through my printer before I issued the final payment. Problem: the forms were printed on GLOSSY paper, not matte. Printing was nearly impossible without smearing & the paper wouldn't accept normal pencil annotations. Jaczuk argued that this was 'what I ordered' even in the face of total documentation to the contrary. I've repeatedly asked him to either deliver what we paid/contracted for or issue a refund. More silence. Hard to imagine how an individual can survive running a business this poorly. I chose him, in part, because of 'good references' on Yelp, Facebook, etc. This will change. A shame. Seems like a nice guy.
