I needed an electric hospital bed and didn't want to wait the several days to see if Medicare would cover the expense. I found Advance Medical on the Medicare website. I called around noon and spoke with Danny. He explained the process and costs, and said he would get back to me about a same day delivery. He called back shortly later and said he could deliver today, but had to give a larger than usual delivery window of between 2:00 and 3:30! I didn't think that was a large window at all! Turned out, his delivery person was unable to bring s the bed, so Danny delivered it at about 2:30. Danny set up the bed, gave us instructions on using it, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Advance Medical for renting durable medical equipment at a reasonable price. So nice to do business with a company that cares about its customers. read more

My baby is getting a medical device made through this company and was fitted before the holidays. Great! We left for 3 weeks and I figure, these things take time to authorize,order, etc etc etc. upon returning after the new year, I was told the authorization went through right as the New Years started. I was Like yeah! We should have it in another 3 weeks or so. Except this company waited 3 weeks to even check to see if the authorization went through!! So now instead of it possibly Being finished it is just being started. Disappointing. While Advanced Medical (aka Mobility Pro) might be fine for procuring basic, off-the-shelf wheelchairs, Danny, Molly and the rest of the crew (except Andrew) fail miserably in exhibiting the process knowledge, customer focus AND follow-through you need in a power wheelchair dealer. I mean really . . . if a company isn't able to quickly and efficiently procure a power wheelchair on your behalf, how are they ever going to support you when your wheelchair won't power up, OR you need a new battery or other vital support? My first experience with Advanced Medical occurred when my rather frail 81 year old mother began having difficulty getting up from her living room couch, after a bit of research I found that Advanced had a great selection of power recliners in their showroom. We were greeted warmly by Danny and Mahle and in no time at all my mother had a big smile on her face from making power chairs dance as she played with the buttons! Mahle expertly guided us through the order process, and when the chair came in Andrew delivered, set up, and patiently demonstrated it for her. My experience with Advanced Medical Supply has always been positive. Everyone there has always been kind, courteous and respectful to me, and any wheelchair repairs I needed were always treated with respect and done in a relatively timely manner. Furthermore, everyone there seems very knowledgeable about the products they sell, the business is clean an well kept, and they have a pretty good selection of wheelchairs and other medical equipment in their showroom. The only downfall about Advanced Medical Supply is that they do not accept my current insurance, so I have to go to another shop, which is not nearly as good, for service. :-( read more

It is so rare to find a business that go's above and beyond and treats the customer as they would like to be treated. Mom is unable to walk and depends completely on her wheelchair to have independence. Danny and Molly were ALWAYS kind, caring, knowledgable, not rushed, honest and reliable. I purchased a lift recliner for my mother here and had a great experience with Danny and his team. From start to finish, the customer service was great. We took a long time to make our decision, involving lots of measuring and sitting in various chairs. Danny was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions over a period of 4 weeks. He also communicated very well during the long wait from the manufacturer. Once the chair arrived at the store, the delivery was super fast, and the tech was friendly and professional. We have had some minor issues with the chair that required some troubleshooting, and I was so grateful that Danny took the lead in getting answers from the manufacturer, who was difficult to reach. From the moment we walked in the door of the shop to 3 months after taking delivery of the chair, the customer service from Advanced Medical has been top notch. we received disappointing service from danny who is part owner at advance meical supply in san marcos, ca. beware he will take your money and milk your insurance and give no guarantees just "i don't know what to tell you" and a shoulder shrug. a bishop and marine veteran was in dire need of a power chair being 7ft tall and basically bedridden had to wait 6 months for the chair! when he did get the chair he was already hositalized and 2 weeks later passed away never using the chair that costs just over $14,000. we were made to pay out of pocket $3800 for a chair danny told us insurance would cover! we requested a refund of $3800 and return the chair which would allow danny the owner to keep over $10,000 of insurance money and all we needed was the out of pocket to support with funeral arrangements. what a crook! danny had no interest in creating a win win solution. he isn't in the business of serving those in need, he is only interested in making money off people in need! where are the patriots for our veterans and mostly compassion for a man of god who died serving his community?! read more
