I saw Ms. Taylor. She was the most unprofessional Nurse practitioner that I have every encountered…read morein my life. She processed half of a mole check as she did not check my backside. I felt like I was under attack by her because I wanted to switch Derm offices. She called me a tough girl, after I said I had been vaccinated for everything as a Military brat, then proceeded to cut on me before I was even numb. She said that she was glad 'that I was not one of those kinds about vaccinations." Just what kind does she mean? I sat there in shock. I had a great relationship with Dr. Clemmons, Sr who was one of the co-founding doctors of this center. I am debating about calling the Nursing Board and filing a complaint against her. I would not let her work on my dog nor another human. Such a shock from a place that I spent thousands of dollars in the skin center. If I were one of the owners, with their credentials and reputation, I would dismiss her from her job as she does not have the credentials that the majority of their staff has and the unacceptable way she dealt with me. Where do I start?…read more Amazing hotel with a great spa. Friendly staff as well as knowledgeable. They didn't skip on anything. My friends (7 of us) visited the spa for a couple of services. We were very pleased with everything. I especially have to brag on my masseuse Matt. I've been dealing with upper arm pain for about 10 months. I've even been to another masseuse and I have received very little relief. Matt worked on my "locked" muscle and I'm almost back to normal. I literally slept with my arm under my pillow for the 1st time in months NO PAIN Give this spot a try. Can't wait to go back.

They have a tiny sauna squeezed into a crowded hallway. Overpriced treatments were not what they described (I walked out midway through mine it was so bad and was still charged full price) nor did they ask whether we preferred male or female masseuses when we booked our appointments; my husband was extremely uncomfortable with the male masseuse he was given, not to mention the guy seemed like he didn't know what he was doing - his massage was terrible! I do not recommend this place and I am absolutely furious that we came here for such a special occasion.
