Would NOT go back!! I went to get a simple gel manicure and the nails cracked off 3 days later because the tech didn't drill before applying the gel. In addition, they applied builder gel without asking! My nails were ruined and I had to go to a different salon 4 days later because the builder gel was applied so think and the color had fully chipped off. 0/10 would recommend!! read more

I went to get my nails done. Just a simple gel polish change with brown French tips. I sat at table 3 with a man. I've been getting my nails done to 12 years so I know what's supposed to be done. He first starts off by not taking my nail polish off the correct way my nails weren't soaked or wrapped like they usually were. He then starts filing my nails without asking me if I want to change the shape or length so I stop and tell him I want almond he says nothing to me, but no. I said, excuse me no, and he said round, and then proceeds to get the owner, and she shows him the shape on my pinky finger of almond when she walks away he proceeds to file my nails round, and none of them are the same shape. He then rushes the rest of my service. I only have one coat of each polish when I know I'm supposed to get at least two of each. The paint doesn't even cover my whole nail. There's paint missing on the sides where the tips are supposed to connect. I will not be back. Horrible customer service and application. If I could add pictures I would. read more

I hate to write this, but it's been one week.. I also had to go in the day after a gel manicure and pedicure to get half my nails fixed. Place looks nice; it is clean and organized. I paid 90$ and it was the basic stuff. I'm a cosmetologist and there were a few steps (no alcohol wipe to ensure adhesion for gels, etc.) left out. I came back to get four nails fixed the next day -- the woman who fixed my nails was very nice. However, it's been one week and five nails peeled off. I can't in good faith recommend this establishment. Oh! My pedicure has peeled off as well. And also the service providers were doing scratch off tickets while doing my manicure. 90$? Treated my son who is a student at ETSU to a self care day by getting him a mani/pedi and regret sending him to this place. Service was disappointing! Tech rushed and end result was horrible! He was in and out in less than 15 mins and paid for deluxe packages. Not sure if it was because he was the only person there that did not look like everyone else, but he deserved much better! I made an appointment with the exceptional nail artist NaNa for 11:30 on a Monday, we had communicated by text. When I arrived at 11:25 for my appointment, the owner of this salon met me at the door when I was trying to sign in. She was raising her voice at me in front of all the customers, saying that I was late, that NaNa had been waiting since 10:30. I told her that my appointment was confirmed with NaNa for 11:30 and showed her the text message from NaNa. She continued to argue with me and raise her voice extremely loud and aggressive in front of all the customers in the shop. Nana came out from the room in the back and confirmed that my appointment was at 11:30. I told the owner that she was being rude, and she ignored me. Once NaNa seated me at her station, the owner followed me to the chair, she began HITTING ME, SLAPPING ME on my shoulder and on my arm repeatedly, saying something in broken English. I had to ask her to not touch me!!!! THAT IS ASSAULT! There is no excuse for that type of behavior, and I hope this review causes people to stop and think about giving that person their time or money. read more

Walked in at 5PM for a full-set removal and gel manicure. It was mildly busy and I was in a pinch before flying out the next morning. The employees were very nice for being so swamped and while I waited a long time they squeezed me in. While I wish they'd have turned me away instead of having me sit there for well over an hour I appreciated the service! The tech did a great job though rushed. My own fault. The salon is beautifully done and decently clean. Good vibe. I'd go back, but with a set appointment. read more

Fantastic place! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My friend and I went in for mani/pedies. I had a full set of acrylic, and she had natural nails. I was surprised that I finished about ten minutes before she did, even though she was started before me. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The chair massage was terrific! Overall the best place I've been to in Johnson City so far. Prices are reasonable as well. We will be using this place again! read more

Gave this salon too many shots because I had heard good things. However, they did not live up to basic standards. The first time I went with a friend for mani/pedis with a scheduled appointment time. We were there over 2 hours not because it took that long to actually perform the services, but because the staff was incredibly disorganized and inefficient in starting our services. The second time a group of three of us went, also with appointments for mani/pedis. Again, the staff was inefficient and disorganized and we were there nearly three hours. Additionally, because it was towards closing time by the time they got to my dip manicure, it was rushed and looked very poor. Against better judgement, I went again for dip manicure with a friend with scheduled appointments. I specifically asked to be seated next to each other, which did not happen. My nail person couldn't understand me and refused to ask someone else to translate. My dip manicure was the worst I've ever had and cracked on day three. Will not be returning. read more

I went last Thursday to get my nails done for a wedding on Saturday. I requested a gel French tip manicure and pedicure. Within 2 days the manicure began to peel, and now day 6 most of the polish is completely off. While getting the pedicure a different person completed the manicure. When the lady began the pedicure the first handed the polish and apparently it wasn't the correct stuff because she went to get a different type. My pedicure is still flawless which is great, but the manicure is basically gone. So disappointed!!! read more
