One person gives you an instruction and then a few days later someone else calls you to tell you it cant be done. Nothing was more stressful than buying our home with this company. We were sort of forced into working with Alejandro and his team and we hated every second. If our realtor didnt just jump right in and go straight through him we definitely would have went somewhere else. I wish we were given the opportunity to look elsewhere. In fact about 2 weeks away from closing we strongly considered terminating with them and losing our dream home. It was realized that working with Alejandro and his team was just to much for us to deal with and it was coming down to just not being worth it. Again one person says something the other says something else, information being left out of conversations, it was all absolutely ridiculous. Our realtor really stepped up at this time and took control of it so that didnt happen. You think it all ends on the day you sign... it doesnt, Its still continuing. We contacted them about the 1st mortgage payment, because we didnt get a bill. Alejandro said it was in our mortgage package and to do that so we found it and did what it said. Now, the payment we made well in advance, cannot be accepted. So the instructions we were given by Alejandro and mortgage package are now incorrect according to another person there. All this a week after the payment was sent in. They are very unprofessional, and they do not care about you. We were not even told about possible ways the state and bank could help because he didnt think we qualified. I was so disappointed to find out we could have met with the State and bak to discuss options best fit for us, but we were a week away from closing when i found all this out. They dont care about you and your family, they care about the final outcome... money. They have 0 respect for clients. They do not care that you have job they want to speak to you when they call you. If they dont get you, you get texts and emails until you answer. Something needs to be completed yesterday but sent it to you today and it needs to be done immediately. I strongly discourage you from using Alejandro and this company.

I would not reccomend anyone doing business with Semper or any affiliated company they work with,…read moreincluding Realtors who reccomend you use them. I'd shop around for better rates and pricing as smaller mortgage companies don't always have better rates and pricing on mortgages. I do not like working with incompetent people who either don't know or care about what they are doing. The Mortgage Industry is one of the largest so I'd recommend trying to find one that knows what they are doing and not full of crap.
